Makes emails easy
What do you like best about the product?
It saves me time trying to write diplomatic messages. I say "please write this email for this purpose with this tone" and it does. Easy

I wish it would clearly show me where it's suggesting in documents. Google doc specifically.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps me the most when I need the extra grammatical help wth my Graduate papers. I particularly like the heightened suggestions about tones and futher clarifications in paragraph sturucture.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only difficulty I find the ease of intergration. When the writes are proposed the suggestions interrupt the content then further steps are required to correct the initial error.

Writing academic papers.

It helps with corrections, grammar, typos etc. I like that you can use it in outlook and word.

It freeze my laptop and various applications. It just makes it slow by a few seconds

The fact that not only corrects your grammar but also gives you an alternative to rephrasing.

The way we express ideas in Spanish is very different from how ideas are expressed by local English speakers.
This can create doubts about what I am expressing and my knowledge about the topics.

It helps make my editing faster and it's easy to use.

An expert language tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly daily, and it is very easy to learn and integrate into my work. The setup and plugins have been a breeze. Grammarly provides excellent language assistance as I type. It's easy to use and integrates with the word processing software I use, such as Word and Google Docs. Customer support has been helpful and prompt.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pop-up button getting in the way as I type or try to fill in text boxes.

Grammarly helps me put out the best version of the idea that I am trying to write.

I have to log in every time I use it. Other than this, I love it.

I purchased this myself to assists me with communication and facilitates business etiquette.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly daily for both my business and my personal communication. It's like having an English Professor looking over my shoulder, helping me with the basics, such as grammar and spelling, and providing options for expressing my thoughts with greater clarity and precision. It was easy to install, and the wizard guided me step-by-step through the process. I was up and running within minutes. Having been a user for several years, I have never once had a need to contact Customer Support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will be editing a document, and Grammarly does not always recognize that I have the Pro version. I have the software downloaded on my device (Win 10), as well as the Chrome extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not great at typing and "fat finger" keys, leading to spelling and grammatical errors. I can complete a thought knowing that my typo's can be easily rectified at the press of the button. Then I consider the helpful suggestions offered by Gramamrly to improve the quality of my thought.

Regarding the suggestions, I like how it first gives suggestions for a certain word, but after that, it does not make sense to give you additional suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does not suggest my reviews on certain documents; I have to transfer my writing to a Google doc
