Better Than I Expected!
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use and helps me express my thoughts more clearly and concisely.

So far, there is nothing that I dislike.

I always thought I was a good communicator, but then wondered why my messages were being misconstrued or misinterpreted. I always knew my spelling skills were weak and relied on a spell-check function to keep me on track. However, spellcheck cannot find and fix grammar mistakes. I

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it offers me the opporunity to use different tones for the different people I need to communicate with in a day. I have installed on my Iphone also and so it gives me flexibility. I use it everyday and it's been very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I want to turn it off because I don't need to be grammatically correct on text with friends.

It helps ensure my grammar is on point for business communications and that the tone is right.
Easy to use. Great for Ai checks etc.

Could do with some better options for different styles of writing

Checking that a document has not contained works attributed elsehwere and checks for AI writing
A tool that has became part of my daily routine for 4 years.
What do you like best about the product?
Its integration, ways to improve and voice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I could disable hyphens. Stop using ; as a tool a this is a very uncommon writing technique and tends to project to clients I am using software to write. The AI tool is confusing, and not sure what it does well. I use ChatGPT for better reliability.

Grammery, proofreading, clarity, and rewriting complex emails.

So easy to use! It makes me seem way more intelligent than I am. It has so many great features. No training was needed to start using it.

Sometimes, spelling suggestions don't pop up right away.

I cannot spell and do not use punctuation correctly.

We found this to more useful than we thought it would be . We tried to use CoPilot 365 and the MS editor, and this was much simpler and worked cross platform. we ended up renewing it for another year

It helps to significantly improve the tone and professionalism of my writing, which is especially useful for the different audiences I work with. The adaptability of AI is evident in its ability to make a sentence sound more professional or personal, catering to the specific needs of each audience.
