Seamless Integration, Clarity in Communication
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Grammarly at work to help with writing messages in Slack or email and for writing documentation and ticket descriptions and comments. I think clarity is the main thing I get from it, helping to simplify what I'm saying. I like how the UI is mostly out of the way, and it just works where it's meant to. The feedback isn't invasive and is easy to make sense of. It seamlessly fits into different applications, and there's no concern about whether it's working where it should be. The way it highlights issues in different colors is helpful, with the popup overlay taking up very little space if it's not used. I use it in Slack, project management tools like Jira and ClickUp, and email. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes like to use straightforward language to communicate with team members, which it tells me off for - dropping 'the' or 'a' or 'an'. I don't know if it's a setting somewhere that allows it, I think it's fine the way it is as there are situations where it's acceptable for me to talk like that and others when it's not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly at work for writing messages, documentation, and ticket comments. It helps simplify my communication by improving clarity.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly can be used easily and every day. It ensures that my tone is appropriate in various papers and emails, which is really helpful. I think it works well even when I'm using slang in my friendly conversations, as it easily flows in my conversation or adds to it. The initial setup was super easy; I just needed to sign in with my email and pay for the yearly subscription.

I use Grammarly daily for personal tasks and my work case notes, and I appreciate how it assists with writing correct grammar. It helps me be more confident in writing since it corrects my grammar, and I find it valuable because it allows me to change my style of writing. The initial setup was also very easy.

I like that Grammarly is integrated into my Word document. It's easy because it's automatic; I don't have to copy and paste into another area. It's within the document as I write. Grammarly helps me make sentences shorter and simpler while still conveying the original message.

I have a lot of issues when using Grammarly in my Word document. Sometimes the Word document recognizes that Grammarly is on, but often it does not recognize it. In that case, I don't get suggestions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it corrects my spelling, and I can have it rewrite things without going to a separate window or program. It's the easiest AI agent I use.

Sometimes, I don't want it working on a page I might be using,

It makes my writing sound more professional. I especially like it when it makes my writing more concise. My boss only likes bullet points, and I tend to want to include more details. Grammarly fixes this for me all the time!
Dependable Tool with Excellent Writing Features
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly for document editing, texting, everything really! It corrects me when I'm wrong and gives me different ways to write what I'm trying to say. It's dependable and an excellent tool for writing! I also like the 'Improve It' feature, which helps me when I have an idea for something I want to say but may not know right away how to verbalize it. The initial setup of Grammarly was very easy!

Considering the availability of alternative applications such as ChatGPT that facilitate writing, listening, and engaging in conversations across various languages, Grammarly's distinguishing feature is its user experience. There is no necessity to access a web interface; installing Grammarly suffices, as it offers an excellent writing environment.

Considering the pricing structure, it is imperative that Grammarly persistently enhances the User Experience to maintain competitiveness within the market. Given the capabilities facilitated by AI technology, it is essential to incorporate additional features that offer an intuitive and efficient means to listen to text. Furthermore, the integration of a section dedicated to multilingual conversations, such as in English, utilising AI resources like chat functionalities or simulated meetings with personas, would significantly augment the platform's offerings.

Grammarly assists me in composing and revising texts as I learn English. It supports multiple languages and has enhanced the quality of my professional writing.

I use Grammarly primarily for work emails and reporting templates. It helps ensure more concise messaging and maintains a professional tone with warm and friendly language. I find it simplistic and easy to utilize throughout the workday. The initial setup was seamless and easy, with no issues. I'd probably rate my likelihood of recommending it as an 8 or 9.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly is integrated with so many different tools, making it accessible whether I'm using my laptop or my phone. It's a very helpful tool overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use the AI functionality in Grammarly very much. There was a beta test that I found kinda useful, but then as it made changes, I just moved away from using Grammarly for an AI content development standpoint.

I struggle with grammar, so Grammarly helps with that and adjusts my tone to be more positive or professional.
