A Grammar Wizard in Your Pocket
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly communicates with almost every app I use. I love being able to type into any of the apps I regularly use, including Google Docs, and constant contact with the security of a Grammarly checkup in my back pocket. I use it daily, hourly, heck, by the minute! It's a time saver and peace of mind giver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it worked with Canva. As someone who uses Canva frequently, I would love for it to be better integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I struggle with some of the more intricate details of grammar. However, I write for a living. Grammarly helps me parse things out but also speeds up the process for things I do know that I would otherwise have to take precious time to go back and look for and correct myself.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly tweaks my writing to better communicate to my audience. I write to different groups through my work and Grammarly lets me choose the tone and complexity that is desired. I wish I had this earlier in my life!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I want to say exactly what I write. Especially in my private documents. Right now it is correcting me! LOL! I just ignore the "suggestions" and move on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to phrase sometimes complex sentences so that they are better received.

What do you like best about the product?
I drop articles constantly in my writing, I think trained by too-concise of digital communication. Grammarly has show me that I can be succinct without losing context, and integrates seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I've got to turn Grammarly off until I've completely finished a thought, THEN go back and improve upon it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly forces me into including context, which makes business comm much smoother.

Grammarly provides valuable information. I like being able to decline what it offers.

I would like to be able to have Grammarly automatically accept British spellings.

I wish customer support had a human being option. Chats cannot fully anticipate questions to be asked.

Mainly punctuation errors are being caught. Sometimes better words are recommended.
Lifesaver for dissertation reviews
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Grammarly is integration into my desktop so that it auto-opens on any applications I open. I am busy, between work, family, and writing my doctoral dissertation, I needed something I could use quickly and easily for the numerous revisions and submissions of my dissertation. I can't imagine a cut and paste of over 200 pages on a regular basis! With the help of Grammarly I can focus on what matters most which is my research and presenting my findings, while Grammarly checks grammar and tone. It was a bonus to use it in emails and job application sites. Definitely recommend Grammarly for all the busy students out there!
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick one thing I liked least about Grammarly is that it does work a bit more slowly on large documents, and I wish there was a way I could pick sections of a document for it to avoid. My professors like to track changes for all my submissions so I can't confuse them with deleting and then adding back sections, so I just have to wait for the lag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is solving my proofreading problems. I am benefiting from not having to pay hundreds of dollars to hire someone to do it for my many dissertation submissions, as well as saving the time of doing it myself, which I always make errors anyways.

There's nothing I dislike. It works as expected.

It's easy integration with all of the places where I write. The stats they share with me every week about my writing habits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are issues with various platfroms I'm using and for Grammarly to function properly, this could be because those platforms are actively blocking any such platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me with my grammar mistakes, spelling mistakes, and giving me insights about the tone of my writing style and helping me re-phrase when I want to on the fly.

What do you like best about the product?
I've had Grammarly Pro for a few years. I initially got it for my family history stories, but I find it so handy for emails and other things too. I need it for grammar corrections. It's many years since I learned grammar, and am rusty about its many rules. I love the suggestions for more concise language and better ways to put ideas across. It helps in composing, especially sensitive topics. I use it most days as it has so many features. Easy to use. It's so helpful in many ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to think of what I don't like about Grammarly. Perhaps not having to click as much to review some suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spelling, grammar, unclear language. It enhances the readability of my writing and decreases the chance of being misunderstood. It helps me get the right tone.

It conveys an exact, concise, and clear message that the other party can understand. It is fast, accurate, and necessary to help achieve the best business objective.

Sometimes, the icon blocks the writing space or form; sometimes, it doesn't check the spelling.
