What do you like best about the product?
It helps me correct grammatical errors that I may miss when messaging quickly. It's very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it flags things that aren't actual errors, so you need to be careful when accepting suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It flags grammatical errors and provides suggestions to improve the tone. It helps keep my messaging brief and to the point.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the AutoCorrect feature, and the grammar corrections seem to be the most impactful. Have not used the AI much that I'm aware of. I like how it's integrated into my chrome browser and all the products on my MacBook Pro.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the cost is too high. I have debated whether or not to renew each time. I've been on and off of the service because I don't feel great about the cost. I've suggested it to my colleagues and most of them say it's too expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly spellcheck and proper grammar

What do you like best about the product?
Catches all the mistakes I didn't catch myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a long time to edit. I estimate up to ten minutes a page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Catching bad grammar and spelling errors.

What do you like best about the product?
The most recent integration of Grammarly with the Microsoft Word program makes it very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly uses a lot of memory, especially for an older laptop like the one I am using. It is also annoying that I can't add spelling exceptions, i.e. percent vs per cent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly allows me to write and revise reports and emails faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Grammarly works to help me become a better writer; it gives me more confidence in my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that it doesn't always understand what I want to say and may want to correct something that is really important.

Grammarly assists me in ensuring my tone and appropriate delivery are made consistently through many different forms of communication, both professionally and personally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Within Gmail, it often freezes, changes fonts and formatting, or simply creates additional work through the integration process.

Grammarly takes my shorthand verbiage and creates professional and efficient communication.

What do you like best about the product?
I write many hours a day and find I must have Grammarly. I know grammar and APA v7 quite well. However, I like that I can now simply draft my thoughts and depend on Grammarly to do my editing at the end. The ease with which it helps with spelling, grammar errors, sentence structure, and checking plagiarism. I can use it on every platform or program where I write, and the fact that the icon floats on the screen. With the advent of learning how to use AI with integrity, Grammarly is necessary because I find that it is stricter with APA v7 and more robust than Editor on MS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like that the green G icon floats, but I don’t like that it automatically moves to a place where it can be disruptive. Then I must move it elsewhere - but it doesn’t stay there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I oversee USA interns who work with ESL students in Africa and SE Asia. After drawing my boundaries on the ethical use of AI, Grammarly has been a great time saver for all of us in helping the students learn how to write more effectively and accurately.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly fixes my work emails to make them sound more professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience with Grammarly is nothing like your commercials. I am probably only using a fraction of the potential. I wish you had support or walkthroughs. I might not get PRO next year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes my emails more clear.
