Great tool to improve writing.
What do you like best about the product?
The plagiarism and AI checker tools have been very useful since my writing is for academic purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It appears to be sightly slower with its suggestions on documents with 50+ pages. This could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working on my Masters thesis and it is making my writing more effecient.
Grammarly makes my work so much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has helped me for many years in composing correspondence and documents. It is an extra set of eyes that helps me present information professionally. I love how it indicates the tone of my writing, and I can update it with suggestions.
I don't consider myself a tech guru, but installing and using Grammarly has been so simple. I also appreciate the suggestion indications and that there are, at times, multiple suggestions. I use Grammarly daily and would struggle without it! It makes everything easier for me with my daily tasks, which is a huge win!

What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when Grammarly makes a suggestion that I know isn't correct, but then I second-guess myself! It's not really a downside or dislike; it's more of making me stop to think in the moment!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping me ensure that I'm not publishing communication that is misspelled or grammatically incorrect to the public. I am responsible for our school district's website and sending out communications. Grammarly helps me ensure that I am not sending out something without a second set of eyes reviewing it.
Ease of use and full of features
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. I can upload my document, or cut paste it and select the writing and presenting style to check the correctness and readability of my text. The new AI tool is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides really, it is a tool I use often.

It checks grammar and helps me construct better sentences.
Makes emails easy
What do you like best about the product?
It saves me time trying to write diplomatic messages. I say "please write this email for this purpose with this tone" and it does. Easy

I wish it would clearly show me where it's suggesting in documents. Google doc specifically.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps me the most when I need the extra grammatical help wth my Graduate papers. I particularly like the heightened suggestions about tones and futher clarifications in paragraph sturucture.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only difficulty I find the ease of intergration. When the writes are proposed the suggestions interrupt the content then further steps are required to correct the initial error.

It helps with corrections, grammar, typos etc. I like that you can use it in outlook and word.

It freeze my laptop and various applications. It just makes it slow by a few seconds

The fact that not only corrects your grammar but also gives you an alternative to rephrasing.

For some reason, it stopped working while creating a lengthy PowerPoint presentation.

The way we express ideas in Spanish is very different from how ideas are expressed by local English speakers.
This can create doubts about what I am expressing and my knowledge about the topics.

It helps make my editing faster and it's easy to use.

I can't think of nothging I dislike about Grammarly.

Making sure my documentations are clear and error free.
An expert language tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly daily, and it is very easy to learn and integrate into my work. The setup and plugins have been a breeze. Grammarly provides excellent language assistance as I type. It's easy to use and integrates with the word processing software I use, such as Word and Google Docs. Customer support has been helpful and prompt.

The pop-up button getting in the way as I type or try to fill in text boxes.

Grammarly helps me put out the best version of the idea that I am trying to write.
