Best Writing Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has helped me to enhance my writing experience and to articulate my thoughts better. There are various features that enhance the experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is great about Grammarly! There are no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with sentence structure, language accuracy, spell check and grammatical errors.
Great for double checking all of your work.

I find Grammarly particularly useful for quickly correcting and enhancing emails when responding to clients, especially when I'm in a rush. However, it’s important to never rely completely on any software to write for you. Always take the time to carefully review what you send.

Grammarly needs more tweaking in the area of creative copywriting.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't thought about this much recently, but I have noticed that Grammarly can sometimes stall in Google Docs or Word documents, causing it to malfunction or to add or remove words and punctuation unnecessarily. Additionally, there may be connection issues between the office and various locations.
Another minor frustration I have is when I use Grammarly on my iPhone and suddenly get logged out, requiring me to log back in. However, I wouldn't say that's a significant dislike—it's just part of the experience.
I appreciate that Grammarly's team has been proactive in making updates to ensure that all users receive the best quality service.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an employee and a small business owner, I use Grammarly to help me write and edit biographies and content for clients in the live arts, entertainment, and fitness industries. I also utilize it for crafting language and copy for social media, as well as for both internal and external communications, including personal correspondence.
I leverage Grammarly not just for personal improvement, but as a powerful tool to educate my colleagues on effective sentence structure, punctuation, and grammar. By sharing these insights, we can elevate our communication skills together.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the platform and how easy it is to use. I like the "improve it" feature as well and the ability to change the tone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don't love some of the edits

Helping me double check grammar, better writing
Grammarly premium is helpful!...but sometimes too much?
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the built in web feature that means I don't have to worry about loading the software--it's always working! Grammarly allows me to edit as I go when writing which shortens the review process. Has been great for someone in academia who is always writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the popups in Word block the needed action (i.e. pop-up blocking comment submission in edit feature), not important to use but can be annoying. Constant use also has its cons; I often email, take notes, or Teams in shorthand and don't need corrections that Grammarly pushes me to edit.

Grammerly is helping me check my messages, make sure they are easy to understand and come off professionally.

What do you like best about the product?
I am thrilled that I can use Grammarly with my team so we have high level and professional writing across the board. It helps my staff, some of whom are strong communicators but terrible at spelling. I don't time to get annoyed. Instead, I can be confident that they are building strong sentences, using words appropriately and spelling them the correct way for our country.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get into a little battle with Grammarly over certain ways of phrasing things but in the end, I have a better piece of writing. WHat was originally annoying to me has resulted in me better understanding my own writing flaws.

We produce a LOT of written communication pieces and Grammarly helps us to have accuracy, consistency and the desired tone.

Some words that I use in my business are not recognized by Grammarly, but that's OK.

Helping with punctuation that I get lazy and do not use as I should. Restructuring sentences so they flow better and sound professional.
Dependable Grammar Correction with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly for editing, and I find its grammar checks and suggestions on improvements particularly helpful. I rely on Grammarly to correct my mistakes, and the initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how Grammarly keeps giving me suggestions to edit, even though it was already edited by Grammarly. I wish it would just give me one suggestion.

I rely on Grammarly for grammar checks and suggestions on improvements, which helps correct my mistakes effectively.
Grammarly increases productivity and eases stress!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has been a key instrument in my editing and writing business. While it is not the "end-all-be-all" for me, as I do prefer to finalize my content from a human intelligence level, it has helped to jumpstart my tasks each day. I appreciate its accuracy and ease of use as a extension of several of the medias I work with, including Chrome, Word, Adobe, and Google Docs. The AI help with writing, while I do not use this on a regular basis, has become an easier way for me to find applicable synonyms for improved writing, so I don't have to open another tab for a thesaurus. Overall, Grammarly has decreased my time spent looking for errors in content and let's me spend more time with my creative writing tasks!
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly does not work well across multiple monitors. It is also not always accurate and does not recognize the repetitive style of a writer and consistently suggests changes that could be ignored if it had this capability. For example, I work with text from one client who never uses the Oxford comma, but Grammarly will always flag to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly easily identifies misspelled words, and even though I excel at this, I can always miss one here or there, so I appreciate this quick function. It also provides suggested versions of sentences, and while I don't always accept the suggestion, it's efficient to be able to read another way to write something to give me a moment of thoughtfulness to decide if I want to change it.
