Grammarly has improved my writing significantly
What do you like best about the product?
It automatically makes recommendations as you type. You can also teach it your style of writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike at all! My only comment is it would be nice if it were intuitive and expand on the topic vs just shrinking it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am too wordy at times and it does a great job making it clear and concise
Grammarly is a must-have tool for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy is to use. It is multiplatform, so I only have to sign in once, and that's it. I use it all the time, for my papers and for my personal emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably at first there were some words that were technical or abbreviations that it keep marking wrong. Also, I am bilingual so sometimes it autocorrects when I write something in a language other than English.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a lot of grammar mistakes when I started using Grammarly. English is not my first language and writing so much in it was stressful for me. Slowly, grammarly improved my grammar and now I mostly use it to correct for typos (mostly because I type in very fast) and to rewrite for clarity.

helps with typos and sometimes is good with suggestions (it could be better)
What do you dislike about the product?
it forces the Oxford comma and won't accept dates like May 1-2 and wants it to be May 1 and 2.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helps with typos, the suggestions for sentences and paragraphs are not the greatest and sometimes, Grammarly suggests things that aren't relative

Grammarly is extremely useful software. Reliability is the thing I like the most

Grammarly integrates seemlessly into Mac OS and makes proper grammar easily

I like how well it integrates into all writing platforms. Additionally, the new rewrite with AI options are useful.

My biggest complaint is the Grammarly symbol sometimes overlaps inconvenient places.

It helped improve my grammar and has enriched the quality of my writing
Generally good program
What do you like best about the product?
I think its ability to parse between different aspects of writing along with its ability to allow for paragraph long revisions are both great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the program needs some improvement on word choice and its ability to deeply understand the theme or topic to help revise or whittle down the narrative.

Sharpens and hones my academic skills and writings

Improving grammar overall, suggesting changes to what I've written, catching mistakes in spelling, punctuation, etc. Very helpful!
Great tool for non-native speakers

Grammarly is a very easy to use and provides a bunch of useful features to improve your writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionality (i.e. certain AI features) are not available when using Grammarly directly on Word or Outlook.

Proofreading business communications, documents and presentations
Great Product with AI Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to make preset rules and style guidelines makes editing content more efficient and less time-consuming. The rephrase prompt option is also beneficial for tasks like alphabetizing lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI isn't perfect, and I don't expect it to be. That said, it's understood that another set of eyes and additional reviews are necessary with any kind of AI assistant. I have gotten some funny, nonsensical suggestions, though.
I also have a hard time using Grammarly in Word documents. I use it regularly in most of my other applications without issue, though.
I haven't had to use customer support yet, which should speak to the quality of the product. Most of the quirks like odd suggestions, work themselves out with a quick refresh.

It cuts out time consuming or tedious tasks like alphabetizing or rephrasing and allows me to focus on the meat of the content. The multiple suggestions it offers also allow me to discern for myself what the best steps forward are.
Great editing tool for scientific writing
What do you like best about the product?
Gives suggestions to improve clarity that often lead to future writing improvements. A good learning tool, in other words.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little. Sometimes it makes suggestions to change a sentence twice, the second time going back to the original sentence
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Writing in a clear, unambiguous manner for publication. Removes the need for editorial support.
