A brand new way to approach writing in a break-neck paced communications climate.
What do you like best about the product?
I find that utilizing Grammarly is an essential tool to managing a Communications and Marketing department. Working in the nonprofit sector, we have a lot of things we're balancing at once, and having Grammarly installed is completely changing our workflow. It's easy to get started with and customer support is a huge help in making sure we know how to manage the platform. We use Grammarly every day, and it's easy to implement and integrate into your team. There's so much I feel like we would miss if we didn't utilize the several features Grammarly has to our benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the suggestions don't always match the voice we're striving for, so it's important to always read the suggestions rather than blindly accept them. I think some folks might run into trouble if they assume Grammarly is just going to always get the right tone or wording down without any human involvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly solves our need to be able to create original copy daily at a high pace and quantity without spending unnecessary time going through multiple stages of proofreading.
