Very practical tool to quickly improve drafts
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use it both in Word and on websites; the possibility to choose UK English; the classification of suggestions in different categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it rather slow. Also, it is very complicated to use it on Latex files. I do not find it very suitable for academic English, it keeps suggesting phrases not suitable for an expert audience in my topic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typos; fluency issues for non-native English speakers

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly mostly for emails. No matter how many times I double check my emails. They were always coming out sounding kind of weird and with lots of errors. Since I've been using Grammarly, it's really helped my emails look, professional and sound professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly AutoCorrect certain things while I'm texting messaging on my phone, but I really don't have that many issues on email or anywhere else

Helps to address the professionalism of my email correspondences

Grammarly has been a game-changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has helped me tremendously in my planning and instruction time as a high school English Language Arts classroom. The fact that both my students and I have access to this fantastic tool assists my students who struggle with grammar application, whether they are writing a short constructed response or responding to analytical questions. The ease of connecting this tool with Google Chrome enhances the use of Grammarly and allows for ease in completing tasks. There is no work day that goes by when I am not utilizing Grammarly in some way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe some features available in the paid subscription that should be offered for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly assists me in communicating effectively and sharpening up my own specific grammar skills/application. I am a high school English Language Arts teacher and having Grammarly as another tool has made specific aspects of my profession easier. For example, if I have to send an email to a parent or school administrator, I will always use Grammarly while proofreading my message before it is sent out. My students also regularly use the free version of Grammarly while working on various classroom tasks or assignments. The use of Grammarly is a non-negoltiable, especially when I am providing feedback on my students' writing.

What do you like best about the product?
It's ability to detect grammatical error and providing useful suggestions
What do you dislike about the product?
It's lack of scientific writing knowledge and suggestions that are not based on scientific literature. In addition to using synonyms that are not relevant to the writing context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofreading in order to publish.
More Consistency and less anxiety!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps me catch mistakes easily and cuts down on my time (and anxiety!) while I'm proofreading. It works easily across different programs and webpages so my writing is consistent and correct no matter where I'm typing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any major problems. It took me a small amount of time to install and implement the application, but once that was taken care of, it's been easy since!

Grammarly catches puntuation, grammar, and spelling problems so quickly and easily.

I love that I can type fast and maybe not make sense, but then Grammarly kicks in and suggests a fix! Worth every penny!

Nothing!! I love it, can't think of anything I'd change!

Allows me to quickly type and then fixes my mistakes!! Win win ... Makes me just a bit faster.
Game changer for both professional and acamedic writing
What do you like best about the product?
I had initially used the Grammarly free version as I did not see value in the paid version a few years ago. Since introducing their AI functions and enhancements has been a game changer for me. I use it both as a student and in my professional writing. While spell check is still good, it is limited only to the suit of tools that have it built in. I love that Grammarly can work in any window that I open and even help me shorten text when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I have run into some challenges with some of the features not working, which can be challenging. Additionally being able to move the G bubble doesn't always go where I would like it, but this isn't a huge deal breaker for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a neurodiverse learner I sometimes get stuck in my writing. Other AI tools are too obvious when using them. I have found the AI tool not only helps with making a sentence more clear, but also allows me to proofread without having to go back and re-read everything.
