What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Grammarly is how it helps with clarity and readability and makes my writing more concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the style corrections don’t fully reflect what I want to convey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have team members based in different parts of the world, and Grammarly helps them communicate effectively in English, even though it’s not their native language.

What do you like best about the product?
One thing I really like about Grammarly is the way it makes your writing content so much better with real-time grammar, tone, and clarity suggestions. Its intuitive interface, smooth integration across platforms, ease of implementation, and reliable customer support make for a solid, user-friendly tool that I use frequently to produce polished and professional content.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Grammarly is very effective, I dislike how some advanced features are locked behind the premium plan. There are times when I get overcorrections or suggestions that do not fit a specific writing style or creative expression.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool solves the problem of grammar and awkward phrasing and unclear writing, offering real-time grammar, tone, and clarity suggestions that help me send my messages effectively and professionally; these interventions have helped me to save considerable amounts of time in revisions and also boost the quality of my general writing.

Giving free monthly credits for premium use

Easily checking for plagiarism and proofreading my documents have been way more better.

Grammarly has truly made a positive impact on my writing and elevated my communication. Big fan!

I like that it keeps my communications sharp and buttoned up
What do you dislike about the product?
I use the Snippets function, and there is a bug where if you've included an image in a snippet when you paste it into an email, the image looks like it's there, but it actually doesn't come through with the email, which is a huge disappointment to me. This is causing me to do more work to help my customers.

Grammarly is ensuring grammatical accuracy of my communications.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps me work smarter, not harder, by automatically letting me know where I have missed punctuation and spelt words incorrectly. It also helps me rephrase what I am saying to better accommodate my audience, all with the click of my mouse.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the emails with the reviews of different tones I've used, but it would be more helpful to have examples of those tones to help me identify them in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have mild dylexia and it helps me ensure that my written communications are professional and sound confident.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is incredibly versatile, helping me improve my writing across different platforms. One of my favorite features is the progress emails—they’re a great motivator and provide useful insights into my writing habits. It feels like having a personal writing coach!

Sometimes, the pop-ups appear when I don’t need them, which can be distracting. It would be great if there was a more intuitive way to manage when it’s active.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a copywriter, Grammarly saves me a significant amount of time when editing my own work and reviewing my coworkers' copy. My team primarily writes in English, which isn’t their native language, so Grammarly ensures that the copy sounds fluid, professional, and grammatically correct. It streamlines our process and helps us deliver polished content more efficiently.
