What do you like best about the product?
I like to use it to help make my writing more concise. I also like to use the tone feature, especially when writing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is my second year of using Grammarly. The first time I subscribed, it worked much better. It was more compatible with Microsoft Word, and the add-in features always worked. This time around, it does not automatically open when I use Word, which can be annoying. I am not sure if it is because the newer version of Word now also has AI features perhaps interfering with Grammarly's features. However, it works well in by web browser. I use it frequently in my work, as I write research articles and frequently email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helpful in checking my tones in emails and making my sentences more concise. Many journals that I submit my articles to have strict page limits so writing concisely it important.

It gives immediate suggestions of words and sentence structure that make my writing sounds good and native.
What do you dislike about the product?
The floating icon of Grammarly sometimes doesn't pop up. I need to restart the PC to fix this problem.

Minimize grammatical mistakes in business writing, both in email and PowerPoint presentation.
Helpful Proofing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly helps keep my tone consistent and my writing clear and concise. It's nice to have the option to use the app for composing larger documents and the plug-in for the browser for use on the web. I use it every day, all day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is when the suggestion box covers up buttons in apps or on the web.

Consistency and clarity in communication with clients.

I like that Grammerly can take my already writtnen sentences and sucessfuly turn them into a professional sounding document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I enjoyed the free version and the 3 free pro tips so much that I invested in paying for the pro version.

It has helped me to form better sentences. It benefits me by making me sound more professional.
Grammarly is user friendly. It helps me all the time when I do school assignments.

I like it because it helps me so much when doing work assessments. It ensures that I have the correct spelling and grammar. What is nice is that you can request ways for them to rewrite the work, it can be academic, argumentative, etc.

It stops working when you have used for a period of time and will not allow you to do any work on it. I'm not sure if it comes with a subscription or there's a limit of how many times once can use it in a month.

A very useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Since I am not a native speaker, it is a great tool to double-check my English writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if it is my computer or web browser, but sometimes when I accept the recommendations, it leaves the last words ( the unedited ones ).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I am not a native English speaker, I have to constantly read proofread my text. Gramarly is permanently turned on, so I can feel confident that my text is written perfectly.
I strongly recommend Grammarly. It is a great help!

There's nothing I especially note as a negative.
