Grammarly for Work
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is there for me to check my spelling and grammar in my work. I type on important documents every day, so this is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything negative to say about it at this moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It double checks my work so I don't make grammar errors.

Grammarly, while useful for catching basic errors, has several notable drawbacks. Its accuracy can be questionable, often struggling with context and nuance, leading to incorrect suggestions or unnecessary changes. The tool’s inflexibility and rigid adherence to programmed rules can result in stilted writing and may not accommodate various writing styles or contexts. It lacks support for many languages and falls short in handling complex writing tasks. Users may find themselves overly reliant on automation, potentially missing context-specific issues that a human editor would catch. The review process can be time-consuming, and the free version’s limitations may hinder productivity. What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool for ensuring my communication is clear, concise, and error-free. I use it for everything from emails to proofing my social media posts.
It is really a plug-and-play solution, and very little training is needed. I use it every day for personal and professional communication.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is pricey for limited application (only for writing and limited generative abilities). It can sometimes alter your sentence incorrectly. It takes some effort to set up your unique dictionary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you are dealing with hundreds of emails on a daily basis it is easy to make a mistake when you are rushed. I work in the legal field where your written communication is a reflection of you. Grammarly ensures my emails are mistake free and understandable. I have rolled it out across my team and it has dramatically improved our email style.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use. It gives good sugestions. I personally like that it was the option to change the tone of the messages

I hate the app logo that is always near the cursor, so sometimes is hard to click is things because of the grammarly logo

Its helps a lot to review my text and improve it and make it clearer. And because i write a lot of pappers it helps checking for plagiarism

What do you like best about the product?
As a content writer i have to be very careful about the grammar and punctuations. Grammarly is a great help in ensuring my content is correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
The plagiarism function can sometimes get wonky and mark original content as plagiarized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofreading which is the most important factor for me as it allows me to go over what I have written and see what needs to be fixed.
The perfect companion to better writing
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how easy it is to use. We use it all the time in every application it supports. Instantly, with underlined words, we can see how we can improve our writing. Over time, we start to insticltively get better at writing because we know what grammarly is going to coach us on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the grammarly icon can interfere with web forms and fields. We can turn it off in those cases but sometimes that still doesnt work well. The Mobile keyboard app is cumbersome to use on iPhone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly solves the challenges of communicating appropriately to our customers and partners. We are able to more effectively say what we need quicker and easier than if we were writing from scratch.

The ability to use it across OS and have a brand voice set up so that there is consistency in what emplooyees convey

Every so often the Windows floating button would hang and hallucinate.

Communicating concise and in full without use of unrequired fillers.

Very intuitive at it underlines where the spelling or grammar is wrong, and recommends us a correction before we implement.

The tooltip has to be pinned to a certain spot of the input fields which can be difficult for us to click the "send" button on certain apps

We write emails to many different customers everyday and it helps to keep our grammar in check to make sure that our sentences make sense.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can add brand voice and other rules to support team members in commuicating consistently for your organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions are inaccurate for specialised topics such as third-party certification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to ensure I'm using active voice and creating easy to read copy for different audiences. Another benefit is being able to embed guidelines into our business account to ensure my team is following the same rules e.g. naming conventions and ton of voice.
Reliable Grammar Check for Business
What do you like best about the product?
Although I enjoy writing for business and creative writing grammar is not my strong suit. What I appreciate is over the years I've used Grammarly my writing has improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate a thesaurus type addition or synonyms to have more choice when editing.

I work for a state agency and all my communications must be professional and free of errors. Grammarly helps ensure my email, projects and presentations are ready for the public.
