Such a lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
I am a stroke survivor, and sometimes, sentences don't flow as I would like. Grammarly helps with that. It was so easy to get started and install. I use it every day, from the grammar features to punctuation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides yet! There have been zero issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me be clear and concise and make sure the tone of my correspondence is correct.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Grammarly is that it takes my sentence structure and makes it better or more professional. Punctuation and spelling is my downfall, and it helps me a ton.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything that I dislike. I have found it so helpful!

Grammarly is helping with proofreading my papers for my Masters program.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is mostly accurate, more so than any other grammar check. It also helps my students see their mistakes and make suggestions to fix them. It is super easy to implement in class and it is easily incorporated to their google docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were an option for my students to purchase the program by month. Some of them cannot afford to purchase the yearly options, so I normally purchase it and allow them to use my computer to check some of their papers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do like the proofreading and plagiarism checker for my students. I helps them to identify those issues in their papers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Grammarly. It helps me with my tone in emails, on papers and with everyday things. I like the fact that I can sound more professional. It corrects my spelling and punctuation.

Sometimes it corrects things that don't need to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with my tone. Sometimes I can come off harsh and this helps.

sometimes the "casual" or other modes sound kinda fake and not real.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly offers feedback that seamlessly appears across many websites and applications I use on multiple devices. It's intuitive and easy to use. It's easy to integrate the feedback by clicking to get my sentences re-written (in most cases). I also love that it explains the rationale behind the feedback, so I'm learning to write better the more I use it. I find the web version particularly helpful for creating documents because it can generate ideas to make my writing more impactful based on my written content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to tell Grammarly when I'm writing casual bulleted notes so that it eases up on the feedback in certain parts of a document. Other than that, I think Grammarly is fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My problems are generally not knowing how to start when I'm creating a draft and being way too wordy. Grammarly helps me take a few phrases and badly written out sentences and turn that into a concise, cohesive text.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps me write effectively by correcting my tone and ensuring I sound exactly how I want to be heard. Its generative AI assists with reports and projects, allowing me to complete tasks that would typically take me much longer. As a student, it's crucial for my emails, reports, essays, and other forms of writing to sound professional and efficient, and Grammarly helps me achieve that. Grammarly includes a lot of features i.e. it helps me customize my writing to the task I'm given. For example when I'm writing reports, I can use Grammarly's inbuilt citation feature and also choose from the many citation styles provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Grammarly can fail to catch a word or tone of the text and suggest things that don't apply to my writing. Although I use the personalization feature a lot, this can be a bit annoying, but it is quickly dismissed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is solving issues like miscommunication and helping me structure my sentences properly and find the right vocabulary to use in situations. It helps me complete tasks on a daily basis in short time. I use it to proofread many documents and also the gen AI and Plagiarism checker to make my writing valid and argumentative. It's setting my tone right and giving me the confidence to write better.

It is not built for academic writing. Hence, it gives less useful suggestions when my wrting a research article.

Great experience after 8 years of using
What do you like best about the product?
New AI features seem to be a great addition. I really like the Grammarly add-on in my Chrome browser. I can not imagine working without it (as EN is not my mother language)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it tells me to rephrase the sentence because of the "passive" voice - I have no idea what to change, so I would like to see what to change to make it sound better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Small mistakes I made during my messaging. It also suggests better and clearer sentences.
