The best tool for better writing
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is available in most applications, websites, emails, text, etc., so I can use it wherever I am writing. In addition, the AI functions are fantastic too, I use them to help me write notes when studying. I also use it to help me write all of my work emails and documents, to get the grammar, punctuation, spelling and tone right. It is easy to set up and integrates into a wide range of software applications seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It tends to default to American English, instead of British, but I am sure there is probably just a setting I need to change somewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me to write notes for my studying.

Benefits of Grammarly to a non-native English speaker
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has been most helpful in setting professional tones for my writings. As a non-native English speaker, knowing the right tone to use for responding to professional emails and writing essays has been a challenge until I started using Grammarly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software widget sometimes disappears from my MS-Word documents and my emails. I really don't understand why this happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me to connect with my Professors and collaborators by helping me use the right tones. It is also helping me to proofread my work to correct grammatical errors.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a big help in delivering my daily tasks since I am a content specialist for demand generation campaigns. It makes me efficient and ensure that the content I produce is of high quality. I use Grammarly when I draft my day to day email to all my stakeholders, in creating content such as email for demand generation campaigns, video script and social ad copies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes recommendation in improving a copy is limited. Also, in some of the work applications that I use Grammarly cannot be integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that all contents are in right grammar and of high quality before publishing it to our company website. It shortens the brainstorming and drafting phase when I am writing for marketing content because the AI writing assistant helps in providing more context to a topic or suggest how my trail of thoughts can be written better.

Spell-check ensures my documents are perfectly proofed.

It double checks everything I do, and then I decide if I use the correction or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
We programmed it to change certain words for our voice, and I have to dismiss the correction quite frequently as I don't want that suggestion.

Grammarly sometimes struggles with certain web applications, occasionally getting confused and repeatedly suggesting conflicting changes. Additionally, while the product is advertised as quick and efficient, in practice, it can occasionally be slow to process and provide suggestions.

It benefits me by creating a smooth process for grammar and spell checking and supporting me in cleaning up my communications.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Grammarly integrates seamlessly with all my devices—whether I’m on my Android phone or MacBook or switching between different browsers. Having a consistent writing assistant is incredibly convenient no matter where or how I work.

One thing I dislike about Grammarly is the exclusive features reserved for paid subscriptions. While it can sometimes be limiting, I don’t mind it too much since the free version still offers plenty of value for everyday writing needs.

It helps rephrase sentences, and also if I don't know how to spell a word, it understands from the context of my sentences which word I need and corrects me.

It is too sensitive to punctuation marks.
