In the chat box, the icon comes always which sometimes limits my ability to read the sentence.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps me use the best language when creating my content. Its consideration of the tone in which I am writing is wonderful. It works well with PowerPoint and Word. I use it literally every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when I want to replace phrases suggested by Grammarly, nothing seems to happen, and when I click anywhere on the screen, the replacement text appears in the wrong place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The phrasing of sentences and use of tone.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Grammarly is its AI-driven writing insights, which go beyond just fixing basic grammar mistakes. The way Grammarly suggests improvements for clarity, tone, and word choice adds so much polish to writing. The tone detector is especially useful—it helps ensure that my message sounds professional or friendly, depending on the context.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find less effective about Grammarly is that sometimes its suggestions can feel overly formulaic or generic, especially for more creative or technical writing. It occasionally recommends changes that don’t fit the intended style or tone, which can disrupt the flow if followed too rigidly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammrly solves a array of problems including grammar/spelling mistakes, punctuation error, tone and formality etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Grammarly is so easy. The installation process (across our team) was super simple and everyone loves using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything we dislike about Grammarly.

Grammarly makes it easy to make incremental improvements to my team's writing on a daily basis.

Grammarly helps me correct my errors. I have to write essays weekly, and Grammarly shows me my mistakes and possible corrections. Grammarly gives you other words to use to help with the professional side of the essay.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly sometimes tries to change my sentences, and it goes the opposite of the way the sentence is meant to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammar, it helps corrects my grammar mistakes. It corrects my uses of words and how they are placed. It corrects my punctuations. (I didn't use Grammarly for my responses, but I probably should have.)

Sometimes, it doesn't understand the emotion of writing an email and just changes the tone of the email. I think with AI, it will get resolved.

As a HR professional, I have to draft offer letters, review appointment letters and drafting many organization announcements and email.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it has improved my writing over years.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to convert passive voice to active voice using the current system and that bugs me.

Grammarly is acting as a proof reader for me and a practical assistant.

Compatible with many softwares and documents I work on, including Slack. Makes my editing and grammar check easier.

Does not help to remember my past prompts and answers to tailor my response better. Does not give suggestions to which I prefer
