Makes my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
Helps me to create documents fluidly and not have to keep thinking of format and grammer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Suggest changes to everything. Can make work slow down a bit.

Keeping writing precise and easy to read.
Efficient help for those who speak many languages
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly learns my writing style and adjusts. It sends a weekly report so I know where I need to grow and can be used as a tool with my members as well, especially with those whose first language is not English.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the icon moves into a space where I am writing and it can be hard to move.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly saves time because I ask that all team members use it for sharing writing with me and I use it before sharing out my writing as well.

Helps improve writing and provides great tips on delivering messages concisely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it doesn't highlight or show you where it wants to make changse in your original document or email, but just provides the window of suggested edits - so it's hard to compare and determine sometimes if you want to accept a suggestion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is solving wordy messages. It is benefitting me by making my messages more clear and concise.

The accuracy in using this tool and the consistency in what the tool picks up makes it my checker for all occasions

It took me too long to purchase the product always using the trial version. Recommend the full version for what it delivers

Just creates clear communication for all occasions. I like how it integrates with our current systems seamlessly

The app is very unstable I use Samsung flip phone. Some times in the Wix it will not work. I have to cut and paste to Grammarly website.

What I like to do is type my thoughts and then use Grammarly to fine-tune them so that people can understand.
Great tool to assist with emails, not always perfect
What do you like best about the product?
The confidence my grammar is correct within an email - [It's the ability to] identify Australian vs US spelling of words correctly. [an example of how it will sometimes add words that don't belong]. Easy to get up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will often make mistakes. It isn't something you can set and forget. You will have to review its changes to make sure it hasn't broken the meaning of your email. ChatGPT seems to be a good tool coupled with this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I will rush through dozens of emails per day, and I will rely on Grammarly to correct my mistakes.
As it is integrated in your computer, it is very easy to use anywhere.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to seamlessly take drafts and make them cohesive in just a few clicks. It makes my messaging clearer and more assertive. I use it to make sure all of my messages and writups on our various work platforms (slack, gmail, notebook logging) are up to a high standard of writing. The best part is that I don't really have to work hard to have grammarly do this- I just click the little popup that appars next to my written text.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does log out and makes it a little bit annoying to have to re-log in to continue use. Implementation across devices is also a bit lackluster. We have google chrome tablets at work that while they have the plugin, require constant signing in to function.

Maintenance of clear communication and assertive messaging that is confident and direct.
Useful to pick up missed details in a rush.

It scans my work and gives me real-time feedback for suggestions.

App can be a bit glitchy at times. The suggestions provided can be worded a bit strange.

In a fast-paced environment, it is handy to have an application that can help cover you with spelling, grammar or better sentence structure. It is also convenient that the app works across most (99%) applications.

It’s like having a second set of eyes on every document, whether I'm drafting emails, writing reports, or making graphics. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their writing quality—Grammarly has been a true game-changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I experience errors with Grammarly. For example, I will select a change to be made, but it only makes part of the change, not the entire thing. This requires me to re-read through my documents to make sure everything got changed correctly.

Grammerly offers quick, real-time feedback on everything from grammar and punctuation to spelling and style. I love how it catches even small errors that I might miss. It's like having a second set of eyes on everything, saving time by catching errors as you write, reducing the need for multiple proofreading rounds and enabling faster completion of written tasks.
Inexplicable Game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I had been having so much trouble editing my own documents, but Grammarly has changed the game. No longer do I need to have someone review everything, and help me to rewrite things that only make sense to me as the "expert". I am getting things through management approval faster and it has made my everyday job so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that it slows my computer a little and i need to turn it off until i am ready to review the whole document otherwise i am experiencing crashes.
Also do not leave it running on Excel... It really does not like formula!
