Good tool for quick checks
What do you like best about the product?
It provides quick checks to basic grammar and quick checks to verify the flow of a paragraph. It has some tone options that may be helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take a while to set up the rules for the entire organization.
Some options for tones would trigger infinite flip-flop suggestions when writing.
The popup icon or the textbox's locations are not always the best.

It helps syncronize the tone for my team. It helps with reducing errors and boosts confidence in writing for the team.

What do you like best about the product?
I trust Grammarly to not only check my grammar and spelling, but to also make suggestions for improvements to clarity and tone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I love Grammarly. No dislikes to record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is difficult to be a writer and editor at the same time. Grammarly allows me to be the creative writer, while it serves as editor.

sometimes it gives unnecessary suggestions just to shorten the sentence which take away the essence of the text

Grammarly helps in rephrasing the emails quickly by suggesting clear sentences, making long sentences precise and also proof-reading. Additionally, it has been helpful for the team in writing tons of emails daily from a customer centric approach.

The AI builder (aka the "improve it" feature) can be slow.

My work requires me to communicate with subjects or instructions that are complex and multi-step processes. I tend to be overly wordy. Grammarly refines my writing to be shorter, more precise, and more direct.

What do you like best about the product?
Gives helpful suggestions for grammar and spelling, seamlessly integrates into browser and apps, and I love the weekly digest telling me about my productivity, tones and top mistakes

There seem to be constant software updates. They are quick to install but very frequent.
The AI capabilities could be better (better suggestions), but is newer and I'm sure will be improved with time

Grammarly saves me our team from costly mistakes but allows us to prioritize speed through it's quick and accurate analysis of our content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product-wise, I find very little downside. Sometimes the hover (UI) can interfere. Pricing, at times, depending on use case.

Grammarly improves grammar accuracy for our team and has been helpful in delivering great, effective content for customers and internal users alike.

Helps you write well and works almost everywhere. You never have to worry about typing wrong with Grammarly.

Sometimes the overlay menus can be annoying especially when drafting emails.
