Didn't think I'd like it at first, but have been glad to have Grammarly
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly makes me think about my writing choices, and catches mistakes that otherwise would have missed. I also really like the weekly recaps that check-in on how my writing is, which includes tone and style.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the key for benefitting from Grammarly is using it to become a confident writer. Not every red underline needs to be fixed, but I'd rather they overdo it than under do it. I'm never gonna use articles and commas as much as Grammarly wants me too, though. :)

Grammarly helps catch mistakes to improve writing and remove errors.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Grammarly! It helps ensure that all my communications and work are top-notch and written in a well-structured manner with proper grammar. I also especially love the content suggestions and improvements to my text. The platform analyzes my content and suggests how to rewrite my message to get my point across in the most effective way possible.
If you are part of a marketing team, the platform can monitor your content and make suggestions to ensure it aligns with your brand voice.
I even use the keyboard extension on my iPhone to improve the texts and emails I send for work purposes.
The implementation and integration to your daily workflow is extremely simple. You just have to log in to the browser plugin or download the desktop app and log in to implement. The platform does the rest.
I can confidently say that I use Grammarly on every email and piece of work I complete, and I would highly recommend the platform to all.

What do you dislike about the product?
My only negative is that the platform sometimes seems to get stuck and does not load on my Outlook emails. I have to quit the desktop app and reopen it to resolve this. However, this doesn't happen all that often.

It ensures all my content is on-brand and well-written. It saves me countless hours each week analyzing my messages to ensure they are grammatically correct and sound professional.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the spell-check option, as well as the suggestions. The AI portion of grammar is off the charts and a must-have. It was a game-changer for me.

I only dislike it when the software hangs up.

Grammarly is currently solving the spell checking, as well as helping me with my grammar and providing options on how to say things better.

Tone adjustment; at times when I come off as direct. Grammarly helps with sounding more friendly or less cold adding phrases I typically wouldn't use but do see myself using once learned

Idea generation. I can see some major improvement in this field. rather than acknowledging the email being responded to. It would be great to enter context fields and have Grammarly scan for effective context response.

The spell check is beneficial, and the suggestions help.

It is frustrating, depending on the version being used. The paid version works best.

Fast and easy way to be error free!
What do you like best about the product?
I've always struggled with grammar and spelling, but as a copywriter and author I needed my writing to be perfect. Life would be a lot more embarrassing without Grammarly. Plus, I love their weekly emails showing how many words they've reviewed. I'm on track to hit over a million words in a few months :)

Hitting my maximum number of suggestions.

Grammarly cleans up my copy before I publish or send it off for review.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Grammarly makes recommendations on how to improve my writing style. Grammarly sends a weekly email summarizing my writing for the week and it has opened my eyes to many ways I can sound more professional and use the desired tone. It also points out my most common mistakes, which has been critically useful. I use it for almost everything I type from emails to technical documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Grammarly learned my writing style better. There are some things that Grammarly thinks are improvements and even when I dismiss them multiple times, they still come up as recommendations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is solving the problem of making mistakes in my emails and professional communications. This benefits me because I am more confident in communications I send now that they have been proofread by Grammarly.

I love how easy Grammarly is to use and the prompts it provides. It has helped me become more confident in my writing to senior leadership.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Chrome plugin does not always work, and you have to log back in and out to refresh.

It makes my writing more clear and articulates the points I am explaining.

Sometimes the app disconnects, requiring a restart to function properly.
