Grammarly is an exceptional tool, enabling me to make the most of my time.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly allows me to formulate my thoughts in an effective way. Grammarly also has an outstanding customer support system and applies to all of my tabs and allows me to use it frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly occassionally has difficulty with tone and may make irrelevent corrections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly has solved my issue of being inconsistent in my tone of voice and flow.
Great Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly all the time for writing tasks. I like Grammarly's integration into other tools like Google docs, emails, etc. I also use the plagiarism check a lot. It makes copy-editing and plagiarism detection so much eaiser. I also like the ocassional emails I received from Grammarly about how I rank among other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new green G icon tends to block the text I was trying to view, so I had to use my mouse to move it away, which could be a bit annoying sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I review client-facing written content that needs to be error-free. Grammarly helps me make those edits confidently and efficiently.
Having the enterprise version of Grammarly is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I am so accustomed to using Grammarly now that I'm spoiled. I love that it catches errors and suggests more concise language, which helps me become a better writer. It's extremely easy to use. When I mentor people who are aspiring writers, I tell them they must have Grammarly in their browsers to catch their inevitable errors and strengthen everything they write. I also suggest they pay careful attention to the suggested changes so they can learn from them.
There are some hidden features that some Grammarly users may not know about. For example, did you know that Grammarly has an AI detector? It's awesome.
Grammarly has gone beyond a "cool thing to install" to a "how do you not have it installed?" thing.
I also love that Grammarly sends me a weekly email telling me how many words I've typed compared to other users (a lot--I'm a writer) and the percentage of errors I correct compared to others (I'm always mad that I'm not in the top 1%!!). It definitely appeals to my vanity and competitive nature. :-)

Sometimes the correction box gets in the way of what I'm writing and I cannot see it. It's a bit difficult to move it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write and edit all day every day. Grammarly allows me to do my job more quickly, feeling more confident that I'm catching random errors while I work. I also like the plagiarism checker and the AI detector features!

* The white writing page is a bliss to write on, so please never change it.
* Generative AI is just what I need to brainstorm; it is fantastic.
* The writing tools such as personal style and team style are genius.

What do you dislike about the product?
* The AI text check (my feedback email sent on 18SEP2024 08:52 pm PDT) about separating the AI text checker and plagiarism has not been resolved. This pertains to my request to separate the two.
* The AI text checker provided a false positive result even though my topic was written purely by me without assistance from any form of AI. I submitted a document to your team about this argument but received no response.
* Returning the Mac OS stand-alone desktop app would be great.

Why writing tone consistency helps me tremendously.
Grammarly is easy to use. I like the option to customize the tone to get appropriate options.
What do you like best about the product?
Additional AI-generated suggestions beyond basic copy improvement. I really like the periodic reports summarizing my use of Grammarly. I use it frequently, even for small writing projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to save various AI-generated options for comparison and compile edits from the suggestions. Once you 'Dismiss,' you lose that suggestion. The Grammarly widget doesn't appear in some programs I'd like it to. For example, it doesn't work in Word. I don't know how to fix this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure my copy is compelling, grammatically correct, and effective in inspiring the outcome or purpose of the project.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to review suggestions on how my text might be better rearranged. It is always nice to see another way to deliver a message.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes misses the context of the conversation/reasons for certain Grammar - but nothing major!
