One of the most valuable tools
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to rely on Grammarly to help catch issues with my work. I have been able to use the program in my job as well as school.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I have to log into Grammarly from their website instead of relying on the program to be installled on my laptop for work or school.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can review documents and make corrections quickly with the guidance of Grammarly. I can generate papers for my school program quickly because of the assistance I get from Grammarly.
Always reliable proofreading

Really easy to use, you can customise your profile so that your brand wording gets applied automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes doesn't pick up on slight nuances

Dramatically increasing proofreading time and accuracy

What do you like best about the product?
The fact they help me to reposition sentences or phrases since English is not my first language sometimes I misplaced the order of the sentences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggested changes are a bit confusing to check before selecting them.

My grammar and my paragraphs are now having more sense.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I enjoy about Grammarly is the confidence it gives me when submitting assignments for college or even sending professional emails to colleagues. I enjoy double-clicking a word to find better synonyms or even the ability to highlight a sentence and have AI rewrite it. Grammarly has assisted in writing this review, making me sound clear and concise. It's straightforward to use and seamlessly integrates into your websites. Customer support answered extremely fast, as I had an issue with forgetting to cancel it, and they were super friendly and offered me a courtesy cancellation despite having no refunds. I use it every day, especially with classes. I implement it into my everyday activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when it gives me potential errors without the ability to fix it or offer guidance. For majority of things, fixing grammar and punctuation, but if your tone or perspective is wrong, Grammarly refuses to fix it. I hate this the most, it makes me wonder if my perspective is even fixed because it just disappears.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For someone who has a short attention span, and usually loves just free writing without thinking. I love the fact that Grammarly just automatically catches my mistakes and I can click tab to correct all my spelling errors. This is crucial for me, it allows me to be more efficient and save time.

I like most of the suggestions that Grammarly gives me when writing. It's easy to use across my platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it suggests that I change sentence structures again after I've already changed it to their suggestion.

Grammarly is helping me to become a better writer and teaching me better uses of punctuation use and sentence structuring.

Sometimes it makes suggestions multiple times on what I don't want changed. I think I can select a way for it to recognize my request though.

Extremely Useful for Writing and Editing
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly's suggestion edits are fantastic, especially when installed as an add-on for the PC and in-browser sites. It clarifies and edits my writing with such precision. I also love how it shortens my writing and helps delete verbosity. For instance, I used 'in order to' all the time in my writing, which was out of habit. Grammarly's suggestion is always to correct it to 'to.' In an email this morning, I wrote, 'I will get a hold of it,' it corrected it to 'contact.' I can't think of about a dozen other examples off the top of my head. These functions are helpful when trying to lower word and character counts in documents and various places on the internet.
Grammarly's AI, produced by ChatGPT and other AIs, is even more awesome. It catches and cleans up my writing. Once Grammarly is installed, it is in almost everything that you type.
The program is easy to install on your computer and in your browser. My favorite thing is to throw my writing into the online checker, change the goals, and clean up my writing. It's like a game to get your writing to a 100-performance score.
I haven't had to use customer support, which I believe is a testament to the program's ease of installation and use. It is so seamless with your computer and apps that it seems a natural extension.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't tried the Generative AI feature. Sometimes, a sentence needs to be edited too many times. It will make a suggestion. I will accept the changes, and then it will offer a new suggestion. Sometimes, it takes 2 to 3 or4 times to correct a sentence. I am usually happy with the output; I am just unsure why it can't get this correction on the first try. It's nothing big, just a minor inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me write narratives for veterans' stories to file paperwork with the VA. It constantly checks my emails, Slack, Notion, inputs into browsers, and anywhere there's text typed. This benefits me immensely as I work for a law firm where clear communication and accuracy of information are at a premium. When we file these forms, they must be as accurate and succinct as possible to help veterans receive their benefits.
Excellent for quickly enhancing my daily writing

It is always enhancing and correcting my writing, on all platforms. It does this automatically so it is very easy to use.

Sometimes it offers me too many different suggestions on the same writing prompt.

I NEVER proofread and write emails/LinkedIn posts so much in my job. It benefits me because it saves time and saves me from looking like a fool from typos!
