Minimal setup and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's been super handy, and the design of the pop-up is very clean and it doesn't take up a lot of space on my screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding more template prompts can be a good addition and the option to paste text directly would also be a great addition
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been kind of my personal assistance for all my emails and it's helps me summarise a lot of content at once.

I love how it helps me write excellent papers. It corrects grammar errors and gives out suggestions

I don't like that it sometimes takes a while to load.

What do you like best about the product?
As an Executive Assistant, Grammarly assists me with time management, simplifies my writing, and allows for quick reviews. I use it every day and highly recommend it to any business. If businesses are not implementing Grammarly, they are truly missing out on significant benefits for themselves and their staff. The integration with various platforms has been incredibly easy and helpful. Its easy to oimplemet to the team, and customer support in on the spot! Very helpful.

There is nothing I do not like about Grammarly.

Its helps me write better and more clear and concise
Grammarly helps me feel confident and increases my productivity.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can focus on content rather than grammar when using Grammarly. I feel more confident when sending an email, and since I do not have to re-read each email 10 times, I can send more. I use it every day, and it easily integrates into each of my browsers and applications.

I wish that Grammarly was less expensive.

Properly Expressing your words
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is a great tool for all your grammar. It properly addresses your audience or provides you with suggestions on a better way to express your thoughts and/or relay your message. It also makes sure that your words are correctly spelled and in the correct version.
What do you dislike about the product?
The little green G in a circle that represents Grammarly can be annoying as it pops up in the wrong places. I try to move it, but ends up in another area that is not the best at the time. It would be much better if the option was just enabled without the need of seeing the emblem throughout your document or screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I benefit from Grammarly because I can be sure that the information I am sending sounds professionaly and is properly spelled.
Grammarly is easy to use and super effective
What do you like best about the product?
Quick suggestions and easy edits on the go make it handy and a must-have for customer-facing teams for everyday use. The extension is easy to install and integrate with Gmail and rarely requires intervention from support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly corrects itself- it suggests a change and then suggests reverting to the same sentence it was earlier, which can be confusing.

Grammarly ensure my English is error free and helps me communicate professionally and effectively with my clients.

Always running, keeping an eye on everything I write. Like an editor 24/7

Need to make sure we are accurate with our recommendations, or need to make sure our style guide is implemented into Grammarly so we don't call for edits when they don't match our style.

Easy to overlook errors, recommendations.
Beneficial but a little finicky
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the adjustments offered when trying to pick the correct tone of an email. It's helpful if I need to be more direct or perhaps if an email comes off a little too enthusiastic. It's also a helpful tool for correcting my grammar, some rules you forget over years of responding mostly in shorthand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Grammarly misses the mark entirely. It will try to correct errors that don't fit with what is being discussed in the email, a bit more specifically to my field and terms in that field. It's more of an aggravation with the pop-ups of suggestions that don't work with the context of the email or make it too ambiguous. However, this is getting better the more emails I send.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currrently it is connected to our entire team. This ensures that communication to our clients is clearer and concise. We have it plugged into our docs as well so this allows for corrections as we draft SOP's and Policies.
