Crucial everyday tool
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Grammarly every day for the past eight years or so. I was first introduced to the service by an employer who found it useful and thought I might like it. My writing, vocabulary, and confidence in written communication are unlike anything it's ever been in the past. One of my favorite features is the ability to save common phrases via their 'Snippets' tool. It's a total game-changer and timesaver when answering hundreds of emails per day about specific niche topics. It's easy to set up, and I always install Grammarly on all my new tech devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
While 'Snippets' is my favorite feature, there are times when it can become unavailable, or a snippet may turn up 'empty' when writing in a keyword for the snippet to populate. I would estimate that 90% of the time, there are no issues with this feature, but as I use this throughout my workday, it can be inconvenient when I encounter an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expanding my vocabulary, timesaver when it comes to proofread or rewording long blocks of text.
Has been a game changer to my work!
What do you like best about the product?
How it helps with punctuation as well as tone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost: it is a fantastic product but seems slightly more expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves my problem of knowing which punctuation is needed where and when. It solves the problem of sounding more confident and convincing with my work.
A Useful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is a useful tool when sending e-mails, writing statements, or otherwise trying to maintain correct grammar. It is helpful to have grammarly automatically check e-mails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use a handful of industry specific terms and phrases that Grammarly doesn't understand. Some of these terms sound like they should be plural or singular when they are not. I'd like to see a "add this phrase" or "always dismiss this item" feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me write clear, concise sentences.
A wonderful assistant
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. The suggestions and corrections are on Chrome and all of my Outlook programs. As a Director of Communications, it keeps me from making silly errors. (It just corrected an extra space in this review.)
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I have is that it logs me out at times and I have to restart my system. I think that may be an Outlook issue, and not Grammarly though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Misspelling and grammatical errors.
Works well for me, however took some time to getting used to it
What do you like best about the product?
My biggest issue is not being a native speaker, resulting in long and complex sentences, where grammary mainly helps to shorten and make it clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several spaces for improvement:
- Grammarly starts fighting with MS Word editor about spelling or grammar, where it is always at least one of the tools saying it's incorrect
- When working with longer text documents, there is a significant lag between the page opening and grammary offering suggestions. It is possible to scroll through without suggestions even being loaded.
- When used in MS Teams, Grammarly edits get lost when Teams icons are used in the text. I also noticed a couple of occasions when this stopped the Teams text input field from working entirely and needed a Teams restart.
- If left actively running in the background doing activities like gaming, it consumes too many resources while doing nothing and makes games lag. So I have to switch it off entirely.

Effective, Helpful, Innovative
What do you like best about the product?
This is a helpful app for long work emails to clients. It helps me communicate clearly to my clients, expand my own vocabulary and helps my sentences flow smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind when I think of Grammarly as being unhelpful! It's one the most helpful tools I use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some emails can be too wordy. Grammarly helps shorten them while still giving my clients all the information they need. It also spellchecks me and points out grammar errors and makes suggestions on how to strengthen a sentence.

Like that, I get real-time suggestions about improving my texts, sentence structure and tone of the communications that I write. It is easy to install and does not require much in terms of customer support.
A great feature is that it starts when my computer starts and is easy to use. Nothing is very difficult, whether it is knowledge sharing or adapting to the language and dialect that I am writing in.
It is easily integrated into my Chrome browser, Apple Notes, and Slack.
I use it daily, and I enjoy using it heartily. It has become a partner in daily client interactions.

I find that Grammarly's logo pops up unnecessarily in apps like Slack and on any document where I double-click on a word. This is intended to be a feature, but sometimes, it can be irritating.

Grammarly is helping me be speedy in my daily customer interactions and really allows me to shoot off communication at the speed of light.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is an excellent tool. Whether it is to write an email, work on an abstract proposal, or develop an outline for a report, Grammarly will ensure your sentence structure, word choices, and tone are applicable to your task. I use Grammarly every single day. Overall, Grammarly is easy to use. I tend to have no problem with the floating button. Use Grammarly!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of using Grammarly is the UX design. Sometimes, Grammarly takes a while to sync with your text, so it can be hard to determine what setence the cursor is next to if there are suggested updates.

Grammarly ensures my grammar is correct and my sentences are clear. I also like the feature that enables me to shift the text's tone.

It helps me write more clearly and confidently, ensuring my communication is professional and error-free. This benefits me by saving time on revisions, improving the quality of my work, and enhancing my communication with colleagues and clients.
