What do you like best about the product?
I like how it integrates with whatever platform I am tying into.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with most technology, Grammarly has its glitches. Sometimes, it suggests something and puts it in twice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I responed to a lot business professionals concerning finance and Grammarly helps me articulate my thoughts in a professional manner.
Very useful tool in both business and home use
What do you like best about the product?
I recently started using Grammarly, and I can't express enough how much it has improved my writing. It really helps with my writing by providing real-time feedback on grammar, punctuation, and style. The suggestions are clear and easy to understand, which helps me learn as I go along. I especially appreciate the tone detector, which ensures my writing conveys the right message to my audience. Whether I’m drafting an email, writing a report, or working on an assignment, Grammarly has become an invaluable tool in my writing process. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their writing skills!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the prompts are unclear or even if they are clear, the language just doesn't sound natural in a way a human would type it. The button that you can click to generate prompts or accept suggestions sometimes gets in the way when typing or trying to select another button on the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to write more efficiently and saves me time when proofreading my work.

One of my favorite features is the way you can optimize your work for grammar,clarity or tone, and use your target audience to direct word choices.

i love all of it. i dont have any complaints.

My tone and clarity are most helpful, when using word we already have a decent spell check.

I like that Grammarly is like having a personal editor on hand. It catches not only spelling and grammar mistakes but also helps with tone, clarity, and even word choice, which is invaluable. The suggestions are easy to apply, and it gives helpful explanations so I can understand why something needs to change. Plus, the tone detection and clarity options make sure my message comes across the way I want, whether it's formal or friendly. It's a huge time-saver and gives me more confidence in my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Grammarly is that sometimes it can feel a bit too rigid or overly prescriptive. Occasionally, it suggests changes that don’t quite fit the context or my style, especially if I’m aiming for a more conversational tone. Also, the free version, while helpful, is limited, so you don’t get access to the advanced suggestions for things like tone, clarity improvements, or plagiarism checking. It’s a solid tool, but sometimes I find myself ignoring certain suggestions to keep my writing authentic.

Grammarly is solving a range of writing challenges by helping catch grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors that I might miss, especially when I'm moving quickly or working on a deadline. It also enhances clarity by suggesting ways to rephrase sentences, making my writing more concise and easier to understand. Tone adjustment is another problem it addresses, allowing me to adapt my language to sound more formal, friendly, or confident as needed. This benefits me by saving time on editing, improving the readability of my work, and giving me confidence that my message is coming across effectively. Plus, it’s like having a second set of eyes, which is invaluable when I want my writing to make a strong, polished impression.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very valuable tool for those of us who are in the transition of learning the English language, and have the need to communicate with other areas, specifically speaking about work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't work on all software or suddenly the icon doesn't appear when I'm sending an email and want to check the spelling.

It helps me to have a professional image and my company, it helps me to take care of the details of the way I communicate with our clients and employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Has the best range of suggestions out of any proofing software and the new AI tools are usefule too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometimes it does not understand the context of a sentence correctly to make a suggestion or doesn't add a space sometimes when it should after a change

I like that I don't have to spend as much time checking my writing and I can check if others have linked their sources correctly

I dislike that the Grammarly trail gives you limited suggestions.

Great tool to have in school
What do you like best about the product?
I find that grammarly is most helpful when I am writing and I change from past tense to present tense or vice versa without realizing it
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it tries to correct things in quotes, which can be frustrating to have to click the ignore button ever time

It often helps me sound less awkward, especially writing in MLA format.
Awesome AI to help with email Writing
What do you like best about the product?
Assist with correct spelling and assist with important emails and correspondences. Very easy to use and fixes spelling mistakes as type. Also, ease of integration; all you have to do is log in to the grammerly website. I use this feature every day. I have not yet had the need to use customer support yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to load suggestions to fix the sentence or the fixes do not make any sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assisting with spelling and sentence structure.

I think the suggested writing is awesome - I also love the fact that we can have a last set of eyes before pressing send. I also like how it is compatible on multiple platforms - so that it integrates seamlessly.

I think sometimes Grammarly makes the same changes, even if we don‘t need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps be a last look before sending out. We send emails to hundreds of thousands of people, so this helps us not only make sure all things grammar are good to go, it also helps keep it on-brand.
