Such a great help
What do you like best about the product?
Receiving quick suggestions without having to rewrite the entire piece.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving the icon to different apps after making it active.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The application saves me time so I don't need to recall grammatical changes that would take longer than the app.

I really like how it gives feedback for my writing and tells me exactly how it could be improved
I also like how it gives suggestions on how to make things more concise (which is a bit more above and beyond for my writing)
I appreciate how it layers on my gmail
I really love the email that tells me how I'm ranking in the week in the population. It just gives me a really nice sense of accomplishment.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find some of the suggestions not as helpful
I understand how its saying that I am writing in a specific tone, but I'd love more information on how to improve my writing to tap more into that particular tone

It checks my writing before I send things. I use it on my emails as well as in my documents. Please note for the following questions that I am not the purchaser for Grammarly, so cannot speak to its pricing.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the fact that it gives me a chance to rephrase my message. 90% of the time it's suggestion is far superior than my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
What's not to like, it's a great tool to help me with my grammer and my punctuation.

It has been a meaningful assistant when having to write extended emails or letters of recommendation.

What do you like best about the product?
The newest AI implementation is one of the best features I've experienced with Grammarly. As a non-native speaker, sometimes it's hard to get my point across with the right tone, and I can fix that with Grammarly's help by re-writing in a different tone and voice. Plus, you can set up documents to have different types of tones/voices, so if you can adjust your goal depending on what you're working on, it's very quick and efficient. I use it on a daily basis for e-mails, chat comms, and even full-on documents. I haven't contacted customer support since the platform works almost 99% of the time, and whenever there's an issue, the status website is always up for me to check. Without a doubt, it's a must-use, especially if you're working on corporate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've found with Grammarly is that their integrations do not work 100% of the time, and it's somewhat difficult depending on the platform. For example, on MacOS, it's a bit clunky and requires some workarounds to fully work; the same goes for the Google Chrome extension. However, if you still use the app on Windows, then it's a powerful tool. I have all systems, so it would be good if it maintained consistency across different platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a non-native bilingual, it gets a bit hard to get my point across with a proper tone or matching the other person's tone. Since translating from Spanish to English cannot be done literally, it's good to have Grammarly to help you sound fluent and creative better communication channels.

An integral tool for my day to day work, and my responsibilities at home.
What do you like best about the product?
I was recently diagnosed with ADHD, which sometimes affects my communication, making it lengthy and convoluted. I use Grammarly Premium to make my writing clearer and usually find it 95% effective for my needs. Before upgrading, I helped edit my wife’s school papers and my kids’ work. Now, I use it daily for social media posts, emails, and various tasks at work. In fact, I used it to shorten this message from three paragraphs to one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the 'Insert' feature included with the desktop app has trouble replacing existing text, so I need to copy and paste the output. This is minor, as it only affects some applications and is easily worked around.
Some colleges and high schools appear to misunderstand the proper use of Grammarly's AI features, leading them to mistakenly label the tool's assistance in writing as plagiarism. This issue stems not from a flaw in Grammarly itself, but rather from a misunderstanding by policymakers regarding its legitimate use.

Inherent issues I have with communicating mainly focused on my ADHD and my writing being lengthy and unnecessarily verbose.
Grammarly is the most useful tool in my tech stack
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is incredible. It helps me write faster, more succinctly, and with the right tone. Grammarly AI can even write my email responses for me. If you are considering whether Grammarly would be beneficial for your team, it will be. Just get it.

Nothing - There is not one thing that I dislike about Grammarly.

Grammarly is saving me time and helping me send emails in 100% confidence.
Fabulous integrations to make my grammar a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about grammarly is the Chrome extension that allows me to check my grammar in all of the web based programs I use. They make it easy, plus they've improved to where it not only detects my grammar but also my tone of voice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with using Grammarly in Safari, but it works find in Chrome.

Before we publish an article, email, or create content for our business, everything must be run through Grammarly to verify spelling and grammar.
Practical but miss the tone sometimes

I love how Grammarly corrects my mistakes and gives me options for better writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
While correcting or giving alternatives, Grammarly sometimes misses the human tone in the sentences. The other options look more robotic and less personal.
Grammarly has disconnected from my system an umpteen number of times in the past, and I had to download it again, but won't (re)install. also it sometimes just doesn't work.
Also, one suggestion: introduce country-specific proverbs or terms that are regularly used.
