Grammarly is an essential tool just like Word, Excel, Calculators, etc.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. I don't have to do anything. Grammarly does it all for me. And it does it everywhere for me; email, message responses, discord, slack, literally everywhere, and all throughout my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes; I am a top fan of Grammarly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of my communications error free, concise, and consistent!

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly gives me confidence when I am writing, which is frequent. My writing consists of reports to clients on our work, and using Grammarly allows me to feel confident that my writing is grammatically correct. It is easy to use; just turn it on and let it do its thing. I use it on everything from word documents to excel spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ease of integration is sometimes an issue. Occasionally (likely user error) Grammarly is turned off. I thought it was set to always be running when my computer is on. Again, likely this is a user error, but confirming that it is active should be a simple process. As for features, since this is an AI application, it would be nice to see an understanding of where I am going with my writing and make different types of helpful suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to correct mistakes quickly and gives me options with some of my phrasing.

What do you like best about the product?
I've enjoyed seeing how Grammarly feels my grammar and meaning can sometimes be "better." I don't always agree, but the insight is valuable, and it helps me pause and confirm what I'm typing and ensure I look at it from the receiver's POV.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still no integration with Google Slides, which I find very frustrating as I spend quite a bit of time building decks. I also wish I could set it to be okay with a double space after a period even though my company suggests not doing that. It would be great if I could tweak some of these types of settings with more ease, even if they aren't always recommended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammary is helping the team write with a more consistent and professional tone. This ensures our customers have a more thorough understanding of the documentation and messaging that we send them.

The in-the-moment assistance helps me work more quickly and professionally!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind at the moment. Perhaps the icon popping up everywhere is a bit annoying and in the way when I don't need it.

It is helping me sound more professional and concise in my writing. This is a huge plus for someone who works at an international company and must keep communications incredibly clear.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the suggestions. Sometimes I find that I can sound repetetive or perhaps use the same word more than once so grammarly helps to shake things up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it glitches and creates weirdly structured emails that are a pain in the butt to fix.

It helps me sound more professional when reaching out to external organizations.
Grammarly has saved me countless times
What do you like best about the product?
The Chrome extension is amazing because it's super easy to install and I mainly write all my content: documents, emails, etc. in a Chrome browser. I use Grammarly every single day. Even this review is in a Chrome browser and it's already suggested something to improve my review!

It sometimes produces some suggestions that aren't ideal. They might be grammatically correct, but still sound weird to me. I can always reject them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I grew up speaking Spanish. Even though my English is good, I struggle with things like comma splices. Grammarly helps me proofread my English, as well as provide some suggestions on how improve my communication so it's clear and more succinct. As a marketer, communication is one of the top skills so I love using Grammarly.

Very helpful in keeping professional writings concise and typo-free. Very easy to use.

That it currently does not adapt to my writing style. I have an individual tone that is lost to some suggestions, but those suggestions keep me professional, so while it is what I like least, it is also a strong benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate everything about Grammarly. Signing up and implementation is easy; users can customize preferences (e.g., Oxford comma) and add acronyms to a "knowledge base." I use Grammarly through a Premium subscription provided by my employer. This includes a weekly report that contains information on tone and errors. Grammarly has increased productivity by reducing the time I spend reviewing/editing teamwork products.
I have not had to contact customer support; however, the resources available to increase my knowledge of writing and to avoid future errors are very helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
I often have to take screencasts of work products to add to presentation slides. Many times, I forget to turn off Grammarly, and certain text may have random underlines. I would like an easier way to "show" or "unshow" suggestions.

Solves issues by catching common writing errors, therefore less time spent in review and editing.
