Grammarly helps to create precise and professional emails
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using the program and the options to word them in different manners - casual, professional, business, scholarly, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to preview the suggestions without replacing the original text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Correcting my misuse of punctuation and creating better worded writing.

It can be a bit faster in identifying and suggesting the changes to make.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use. You can improve your text based on many options, such as friendlier or more direct. I like that the little icon for help is always on my screen so I don't have to switch out of the platform I'm using.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that grammar mistakes and spelling errors are all underlined in red. I would like grammar errors underlined in a different color.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actively spell checking and i can eaily rewrite something if I want to get the point across but I don't like the way I've written it.

It doesn’t just catch typos, it actually helps me fine tune my tone and make my writing sound clearer and more polished and professional. I love how it suggests small tweaks that really make a difference in readability.
I use it everyday and I would definitely recommend it for people who are missing out. Plus, the seamless integration with emails and docs make it super convenient to use wherever I’m writing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly is a fantastic tool, but sometimes the suggestions feel a bit repetitive, especially for more straightforward sentences. A bit more customization in settings to fit personal writing styles would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me catch typos, grammar slips, and any awkward phrasing I might miss. It makes my writing clearer and more polished without a ton of extra effort. I love how it saves me time and gives me confidence in my emails, docs, and even quick messages.

Great tool for everyday really
What do you like best about the product?
It is always there for you; it happens to see and know what kind of writing needs to be done. It is easy to use and I love that you can set what kind of writing you need it to sound like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to move the little app pop-up.

It helps me catch things that I may have missed in my proofreading

Statistics that Grammarly tracks can be interesting from a data standpoint, but doesn't offer much from a workflow perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a very experienced writer, I often find Grammarly's suggestions counterintuitive and intrusive rather than helpful.

It's nice to have a second set of eyes on phrasing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Grammarly enhances my vocabulary and writing, allowing me to be more fluent and expressive. Grammarly has helped me ace all my papers and sound more professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Grammarly is the cost. I think it's a bit expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I struggle with grammar and with run on sentences, so Grammarly helps keep me in check with my writing, ensuring it is organized and neat. I always feel great after Grammarly revises what I write.
A great buddy and tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the combination of themes and different types of suggestions that you get here – the different colours are good so I can understand how I sort and then deal with my editing. For example, I deal with the red items first, then follow on stylistic things in the final draft. I like that it is integrated across email and the web.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the tone suggestions are generally dubious and make the quality of writing worse. I'm thinking about turning that off. Also I think you should let me use more complicated words and structures without underlining them.

Tendency to skip and omit words, strange word order and other 'sloppy' mistakes when I am trying to create content quickly

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly offers recommendations for different tones (e.g., more personable) and provides feedback on the overall tone of what I am writing. It allows me to tailor my messages to each person or audience. I also like how Grammerly finds all of my unnecessary commas, lol. Overall, Grammarly is easy to use, implement, and integrate across all platforms in which you are writing. I use Grammerly daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how Grammarly recommends changing the tone and/or syntax of my message, only to then recommend another recommendation that was exactly what I had written the first time. It's not a huge deal, but it is a tad annoying. Basically, you still need to use your proper discernment and not rely solely on Grammarly to write for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly solves the problem of my messages being overly wordy, therefore, ensuring that my message is clear and concise, and easy to understand.
