Love it!
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me catch mistakes I make when I'm trying to get the job done, not necessarily the most efficient way. Grammarly has become a normal part of my professional communications and a tool I utilize daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only id like to see differntly would be training or more transparency on alternative suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly benefits my work and daily life. I use it most for work emails and drafting correspondence. It has helped me keep track of errors and suggests revisions. I feel like I have a second set of eyes when writing important communications.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps a cross-functional and global content team stay honest and consistent with our use of language and the rules of language.
What do you dislike about the product?
The generative AI features need more work to be a fully integrated tool. I don't think Grammarly needs to develop their own gen AI offering, just ensure the web and integrated tool interfaces we do use for gen AI work types can have the Grammarly layer applied over the top.

I like that I can use Grammerly across platforms and sites.

Sometimes the edits/suggestions conflict with each other. I'll accept an edit and then Grammerly suggests going back to what I originally wrote.

Grammerly helps my emails sound more confident and proffesional, which is incredibly helpful when starting a new position.
The Best Assistant for My Writing
What do you like best about the product?
As a non-native English speaker, I used to find it annoying to check for typos every time I wrote an email or an official document, but it became more manageable after using Grammarly. It is also good because I can correct everything from a grammatical perspective. As a result, I no longer have to worry about typos or grammatical errors while writing documents, so my writing speed has increased.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am currently using Microsoft Office 2016, and Grammarly does not work properly, especially when using Word 2016. Every time this happens, I have to quit Grammarly and restart it, and it works fine. This is annoying me.

As I mentioned previous page, as a non-native English speaker, I used to find it annoying to check for typos every time I wrote an email or an official document, but it became more manageable after using Grammarly. I no longer have to worry about typos or grammatical errors while writing documents, so my writing speed has increased.
When you write for work, this tool is necessary.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is very helpful with simple grammatical mistakes, of course. However, it does much more than that. It can diversify the way that you write based on the writing setting that you're in. It can also detect your tone in emails and letters, which I find extremely helpful since sometimes we may think we sound professional and we actually sound condescending or downright angry.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find least helpful is that Grammarly is everywhere. It checks my writing in my browser, notes, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and chat apps. In the chat apps, you may want to abbreviate or shorthand things, and seeing the red circle pop up every few seconds with suggestions to make your chat message grammatically correct can be a little bit of a nuisance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me personally, it solves the issue of making sure that my message makes sense and gets across to the person I'm sending it to in the way that I intend it to.

Provides 100 percent proper writing and assistance with phrasing.

The cost is a little excessive for pro users.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using grammarly for professional communication and to aid me in grant writing in my position. I like that it reminds me where punctuation is missing in my writing and it is my fail-safe. If it is installed on your computer, it pops up in all communication such as emails, documents and so forth. I use Grammarly daily in my line of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about Grammarly.

Grammarly helps me with punctuation, sentence structure, clarity and overall understanding of communication.

The popup on the pages gets annoying – hard to hide it!

When I can't spell especially in the morning when I'm tired lol

It really "tightens up" my emails. This makes my emails much more clear to the reader.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, when I am in a hurry, I want to hit send without the review. However, I know this is not useful to the reader if the email is not clear, and concise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to send out clearly written emails that are clean, concise and easy to understand.
