Awesome Resource!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Grammarly is able to fix my emails and offer suggestions. This goes a long way when responding to many clients and provides a sense of relief as I won't miss a grammar mistake.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike about Grammarly.

Great help for writing teacher emails and newsletters.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly catches mistakes and helps word things that may be difficult to say. It is simple to use and makes writing newsletters and emails to parents much more effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly is quite costly and may not be in everyone's budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me put together an email that may be challenging to write to a parent. It helps me say what I want to say and helps me find the right words.
Write with perfection without needing to proofread
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it helps me write with perfection when time is of the essence. Besides, the way it helps me rewrite sentences to best suit the situation is a lifesaver. Grammarly even helped me polish this very review ;)
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop app is intrusive at times, especially on other applications such as Slack

What do you like best about the product?
I like the almost instant feedback/suggestions on writing. I also like how it integrates into Google Chrome and Microsoft Word. I use it daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the integration on a PC. I own both a Macbook Pro and a Windows desktop. Grammarly does not always show on my desktop. I often have to click on Grammarly before it makes a suggestion, as opposed to my Macbook Pro, where it is almost instantaneous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me identify typos and make accurate recommendations and suggestions. A few times, I would start writing a sentence, and it would predict (with almost 100% certainty) what the rest of the sentence should sound like.

More helpful than I expected
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly makes my writing more concise. I tend to add unnecessary filler words. The more concise sentence structure also makes my communication more direct and assertive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "G" icon is often located in inconvenient places that hide some of my text, so that I cannot review.

Super helpful for professionals
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who is a student and a full time employee, Grammarly helps me format things and construct professional emails, papers, etc.

If the AI suggestions could be improved, this would be helpful.

It is allowing me send eloquent, concise emails, edit research papers, and to feel more confident in my writing abilities.
Has significantly improved my writing; not always reliable with different platforms
What do you like best about the product?
As a content strategist who already pays close attention to proper grammar, plain language, and effective communication, I love Grammarly. I've been using it for at least five years, and since then, it has greatly improved my writing. Even when I think that something I've written is great, Grammarly gives me suggestions that make my writing more concise, straightforward, and clear. It acts as a built-in editor, which I love. I also love the AI aspect where you can tell it to rewrite something or write it in a different tone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the suggestions do not improve the writing or make it sound clunky and unnatural. It definitely requires personal discretion about which suggestions to accept or reject. That's not a huge deal to me since I know this is simply a tool. However, what I dislike most is poor integration with certain platforms. I use Microsoft 365 every day at work, and the Grammarly suggestions in Microsoft Word do not save when you accept them. They will change the text for a second, but then revert back to the original text. This is very frustrating because I have to remember what the suggestion was and physically rewrite the content. I've had a similar experience with Google Docs. I would often have to refresh the page to get Grammarly to activate and start providing suggestions. If Grammarly could fix this, it would drastically improve my overall review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me be a better content strategist for our UX clients. The suggestions keep me sharp on proper grammar and plain language usage. It also saves me time I would normally spend on editing on outlining content I need to create.
Grammarly is one of the top efficiency producing tools that I use.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly makes my response time far less when responding to users. It helps me to sound professional as well as clear in my responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is the placement of the Grammarly icon. It is difficult to move and is often covering text that I need to see.

Grammarly is making my response time more efficient. This allows me to complete more work and focus on other projects.
