Grammarly - a very useful tool to improve communication.
What do you like best about the product?
Catches punction mistakes and suggests clearer phrasing. Very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some suggestions are contrary to my intended message. Most of these are related to technical discriptions or company names.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear, concise communication with my customers.

I hate notifications, and it can slow down some of my processes trying to make it "perfect."

Emails and teaching. It helps me be clear in communication and tone.

It's easy to use and helps me stay polished and professional

It is sometimes buggy and I wish it would let me pick the tone I'm aiming for or provide some AI generated alternatives instead of one alternative. I also wish it would let me decide on AP style.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly adapts to my writing style and improves my messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, Grammarly will not adapt to my use of the word "affective." I use affective statements daily. Grammarly wants me to change "affective" to "effective," but that would not be correct. It's even trying to tell me to change it right now!

Grammarly has helped improve my written voice. I also appear more friendly through text.

What I like most about Grammarly is that it integrates AI and now helps me sound more professional. It also saves me time searching for grammatical corrections.

To be honest, I don't see Grammarly's flaws.

It helps me to be more precise in my language use, me not being a native English speaker, and it also helps me to save time looking for grammatical errors.

I love the weekly reports that tells you what your tone has done, and how well you are writing and also how productive you are.

Sometimes there is a delay in selecting Yes to the Grammarly changes and actually adding those changes in. It could go faster.
