Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's like that is always available when I'm writing. It is integrated with all the apps, especially when they release the Mac version, not just the browser version.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it becomes too passive and tries to force a different writing style than mine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like reconsidering my sentences for clarity and conciseness. Grammarly helps me review my text once it's written.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to assist with managing passive and active voice. The Great suggestions to help make sentences read better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The plagiarism checker feature is not as useful as others. Needs more work to help assure work written is free of plagiarized material.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps make my writing more professional and provides clarity. Helps with better active voice writing.
Grammarly is Amazing and beyond helpful!

I love the suggestions to improve paragraphs, and the corrections to my spelling errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the logo is always in the way of my view and can not be moved somewhere else with my mouse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is great for proofreading all of my outgoing emails and communications with vendors. I use it constantly to check my work, as well as improving the way things are worded in my communications.

I like the proactiveness it has to give suggestions to convey different tones to your message.

Sometimes, suggestions change the original meaning of the message.

I love how Grammarly fixes typos on the fly and keeps tabs on my productivity (I love getting a little ego boost in my inbox!).
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain websites (e.g. Freshdesk) that I frequently use that don't play nicely with Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly takes the basic first-run proofreading out of the equation.
A Powerful Writing Assistant with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It's a valuable learning tool, It is very oriented with explanation/ It can adjust word, choice or sentence structure, give it a proper tone with different kind of suggestions. It ca work with different platforms that make it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes it is very aggressive regarding correcting something or make it better, it dose not need that much correction, for example it recommends formality or clarity which both are correct in the context. Also it makes us confused or distracted as it shows those correction with red line. Maybe it can make difference between having them with red line or blue line for not serouse correctib, sometime it dose not work in the same platform that it was working, for example I have opened different tab in Asana, or teams, then it works sometime and dose not work somewhere else.
also sometime it repeats the same choice thousands of time, we want to have some words in a way that we prefer for example a shortname, and it's not that smart to not to suggest each time.

It helps me to thing simple errors. For example some tyop things or punctuation mistakes, those that are easy to overlook.
I love working with it when my content is long and with a lot of details and it can organized them and sometime categorize them to make it clear, clean and right to the point.

As a non-native English speaker, Grammarly gives me the confidence to communicate more clearly and concisely.
Also, I often make mistakes when trying to express an idea, and Grammarly can understand what I want to say and re-express it in a more comprehensive way.
I use it all the time for work and even for personal communications.
It's simple to use and implement: install it, pay the premium license (it's worth it), and that's all.
And maybe one of the best things about Grammarly is that it's integrated with all kinds of software (it doesn't matter if you are working with a PPT, a Word, writing an email on Outlook, or just chatting on Teams)

It doesn't have that much downsides.
It tells you your tone right now, but it could also rewrite the whole sentence with the desired tone.
Maybe it could be a good idea to be more proactive sharing that my data is safe, as it basically is involved in everything I write.

As a non-native English speaker, it's common that the way my native language structures complex sentences is different from the right structure in English.

It sometimes does not work. However it is getting better.

Helps me get to my point with clarity and checks my content for typos. Helps me keep consultants accountable by ensuring they do not submit plagerized content.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly makes smart and meaningful additions to copy. As someone who represents many different Brands, and therefore Brand Voice, it's been crucial to helping me stay on track. I appreciate how they have grown their AI platform and look forward to using future expanded versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not share my love for my use of "drama dots," aka ellipsis, but that's not a true dislike. I've been using the program for over 4 years!

Keeping Brand tone, and grammar mistakes at a minimum.
