Great functionality and accuracy.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that it's quick to review and provide suggestions on my written skills. I also like that it gives a weekly scorecard of how I'm doing compared to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the little Grammary icon gets in my way and I click it instead of what I'm trying to click. Maybe that's just a user error but sometimes it's frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
punctuation can sometimes be questionable for me.

What do you like best about the product?
We rely on Grammarly to put out our best content. All of my team members use it on a daily basis to ensure accuracy, tone, and more. We couldn't like it more!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little bit buggy in Word--i.e. it sometimes just disappears as an option to select.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a college-prep private school, it is essential that we put out accurate content and Grammarly helps us do that. It also helps us communicate professionally with prospective students.

Nothing to dislike, I really love this tool

Write in English for a non-native English speaker, and works for companies in the USA and Canada.
Huge Time And Brain Saver
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has been incredible in our writting business to speed up quality checks and voice checks on our work. The added AI features have also been incredible when we need to restructure something or rewrite entirely for a client with a unique tone. We can easily click the button, make a few adjustments and send it back out to happy clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There tends to be a little clunkiness at times where the screen doesnt jump to correct highlighted section from time to time. But nothing that makes us not want to use it every single day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Writting Assistant and plagiarism checker are huge for us but the proofreeding ensures we deliver a quality product every time.

Grmmarly provides consistenvy in voice, tone and grammat within our whole business. It gie us confidence that what we are putting out is great material acorss platforms.

The cost can be prohibitive and that hindered us for a while but we decided thiis was too important.

It has been a valuable tool for our team since people have differenrr writing styles with different styles. This providede a consistency that we needed to communicate well.

What do you like best about the product?
I have always enjoyed writing and the English language. Grammarly has significantly helped me to get the message across as clearly and concisely as possible. It will even check your tone in how you wish to sound. Providing me with a better structure of the sentence I am constructing to sound more professional and smarter! It always seems to read more clearly after Grammarly has provided options. I spend most of day writing emails so I absolutely love Grammarly, and cant live without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Grammarly, the only thing that may be a negative is not having to use your brain as much as this software really makes a difference to the effort you need to put in to sound professional and get your point across.

It is helping me solve my ability to sound amazing always!

Sometimes the corrections it makes are not great and other times it makes my written content sound less human and more like AI.

Same as before, except spelling errors and stuff were more common.

Sometimes when it tells me to make a change - it'll make the change, then it wants to make another change and so on and so forth - I usually just accept the first one.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that Grammarly lets me pick between casual, neutral, or formal tones—it helps me match the right voice for whatever I’m writing. Whether I’m drafting an email to a friend or putting together something more professional, it takes the guesswork out of how I come across.
What do you dislike about the product?
While tone options (casual, neutral, formal) are great, Grammarly doesn’t always apply them consistently across longer pieces. It could do better at maintaining a consistent tone throughout a full email, article, or document.

It helps catch typos and removing redundancy with the AI Writing Assistant.
