Amazing experience, but there is possibility to improve!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and install, you can use it on a lot of devices, I have it even on my mobile phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, especially with Word, it doesn't work, and you have to open grammarly multiple times. Especially on the phone, it is a bit difficult to use when you want to accept suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can correct all my texts, i can check plagiarims and IA use in the texts and correct all the big grammar and spelling errors that are seen as negativr by the readers.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly allows me to continue writing and complete my thoughts uninterrupted. Previously, I would have to stop and ensure that my writing was correct or comb through my text before submitting/publishing/sending what was written. Often, this would result in missed grammatical errors or a loss of my train of thought.
With Grammarly, I can confidently continue reviewing my document at the end, trusting that nothing will likely be missed.
Furthermore, the application is easy to install and interfaces with various applications, such as Word, Outlook, Chrome, etc. This user-friendly system encourages daily use, as I do not have to activate or select the application.
Lastly, I have not had any issues with the application, especially its stability. As such, I have not had to contact customer support for any troubleshooting.
With Grammarly, I can confidently continue reviewing my document at the end, trusting that nothing will likely be missed.

What do you dislike about the product?
For some of my reporting or meeting preparation, I prefer a point form system that won't necessarily fit the appropriate syntax structure. This is intentional; I use it to review before continuing during presentations or meetings.
The application will attempt to correct everything I've written into proper sentence structure with Grammarly. Fortunately, I do have the ability to dismiss any suggestions, however while typing, the red underline tends to distract me.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who prides themselves on professionalism and accuracy, I take steps to ensure that any of my documentation is clear and concise. This includes the use of appropriate terminology and grammar.
Grammarly has helped to ensure that I am able to maintain this level of professionalism, while providing input that can improve my abilities, especially in situations of reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it works off of the site page as well and can correct language in emails and other places without having to write content only within Grammarly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I get too many emails about my typing performance and that the metrics are probably skewed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful for my marketing team to use for proofreading and checking tone of voice before they send it over to me for review. It reduces the amount of editing suggestions for me to make.
Worth the Investment if You Want to Impress Readers with Your Work
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Grammarly gives you live suggestions that improve your chances of writing good resumes, blog articles, and emails to employers or business owners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions pop up over areas I am already typing and then I cannot see what I need clearly, so that is the only thing that is not so great. Maybe add the suggestions above the cursor or in a side panel. Show a "page peel" in the corner of the browser, idnciating suggestions are a "page" away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Poor spelling, sounding too conversational when the conversation is in a business setting, and more confident writing articles.

It's a tremendously helpful tool to have with all types of conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Grammarly icon seems to get in the way a lot when you are trying to respond or update suggested information. Could we set this in one particular place on the screen where one can assess it without being in the way, please?

Proofreading assistance and an extra set of eys in an extremely and very hectic professional business pace is life-saving.
Takes the guess work out
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can just rely on Grammarly to ensure I don't sound like an idiot in my emails. There's nothing worse then second guessing grammer or every punctuation, and Grammarly takes that guess work out and allows me to hit send with confidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind. It's really just a pretty sweet tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not great with punctuations. I could just never remember those rules so it's VERY nice to not have to worry about that as much.
Another set of eyes
What do you like best about the product?
It can be customized for our style -- which is sometimes unique to our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It constantly throws suggestions to me when sometimes they are wrong for my purpose. It can be distracting. It also can suggest edits that make my copy sound impersonal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on deadline to create copy for publication. I don't have a copy editor, so Grammarly is great as a second set of eyes to catch what I might have missed first time around.
The tool works hard to make us appear smarter than we really are (in terms of written communication)

It integrates into several programs and email servers. It is easy to make choices based on the sentence, and it is typically very accurate in its understanding of the message.

Doesn't always remember "ignore" selections.

Allows me to write fast, allowing my brain to get ahead of my fingers, knowing and trusting that Grammarly will help me by correcting errors and filling in missing pieces.
Best of the checkers
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly provides useful suggestions, is reasonably accurate, and I find it very easy to use. I also like that I can return to an edit and split up proofreading over more than one session. Best thing about Grammarly may be that different options are provided on suggestions- not just words but phrases too. I like that I have a choice on what to mark up. Grammarly is a good balance between helpful AI and my autonomy over my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing is the lag when I edit a long document with a number of "errors." It seems to go back and check everything which causes a delay. I don't agree with all the suggestions but that's ok- I get the option to choose what to leave in or take out, but it would be good if I could choose UK or US English too. The plagiarism and AI checkers needs some work, but it still serves my purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typing errors and grammar are detected and the plagiarism and AI checks also help me to produce documents that are accepted (and paid for) without having to rewrite. I also like that I can produce a report for my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly gives me confidence that what I'm trying to communicate is getting across to my reader. The organization I'm a part of puts heavy emphasis on async communication and excellence in writing. Knowing that Grammarly is checking to make sure I'm sharing accurately and precisely has helped me immensely with customers and colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to move the Grammarly widget out of the way when using certain apps or on certain sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spend most of my day communicating with customers. Making sure my writing is precise, direct, and filler-word free has helped me build rapport and trust with my customers.
