What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly makes me a stronger writer and helps me to feel confident in the messaging products I put out into the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, Grammarly contradicts itself while making edits, which can get mildly confusing, but this is always resolved at the end of the review.

Grammarly is a second pair of eyes on my work checking for accuracy and efficiency.
Grammarly for the pros
What do you like best about the product?
Even as a professional editor (and sometimes copywriter) whose native language is English, Grammarly is invaluable. At its worst, it speeds up the rate at which one can correct language. Originaly, I did not want to use it because I knew what I was doing, but after adding the extention into my browser (which was simple to do), I know how much of a fool I was. Now, I literally use it every day. Quite honestly, not using it is just a waste of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the 'Green G' (the pop-open tool) is in an awkward spot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency and speed - last week my productivity was at 134,344 words according to the Grammarly insights email.

What do you like best about the product?
I can always be certain that my work is of high standards. I use it for taking minutes and writing reports. My work is always top notch, and I continuously get complimented for great work

Sometimes the pop-ups can be annoying and when the incorrect suggestion shows up.

Grammar, punctuation, contextualising and adding more meaning to sentences.

What do you like best about the product?
While no spell check is perfect, Grammarly is an invaluable AI tool that helps me check all my work before sending. One of my favorite ways to utilize Grammarly is having it automatically enabled to check all my emails and documents. Unlike traditional tools, Grammarly is able to identify firm preferences (using a single space after period) and also ensure using the right word (e.g. their/theres).
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly doesn't seem to keep up as quickly with other tools, particularly its generative AI section. It often incorrectly flags text as AI generated when it's something I've written myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly allows me to feel more confident proofreading my own work, and find errors or items I might miss if reviewing on own.
A reliable tool that's always there when you need it
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Grammarly is the browser extension; it works seamlessly across most online platforms and is always available if and when needed. I use it every day and rarely have any problems. Implementing the tool into our team was easy and I like that everyone on my team can check their own work and enhance their writing while staying aligned with our brand's tone and voice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes feel like if I use the suggestions too much, my writing feels a bit forced, or generic or lacks my personal touch. It works well for keeping on my company's brand tone or voice, but when I want to correct my own writing in my voice, I have to be careful about not accepting too many suggestions or else it will feel too robotic. It would be nice to be able to separate my company's voice from my own. I think that would make integrating the tool across the organization a lot less challenging if folks weren't worrying about losing their own voice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly solves the problem of not knowing if your writing can be better, which gives me a lot of confidence in what I do. The proofreading is reliable so I don't have to worry about sending an email with typos or spelling something incorrectly. The additional suggestions for improving my writing empower me to make choices in my writing that make me feel more proud of my work. I also think the usability of the tool allows me to save time proofreading and lets me get some time back.

I love using Grammarly's Goals!
This allows me to really target my audience tone and formality. Also using grammarly has helped my vocabulary tremendously.

Sometimes the suggestion can be a tad bit off but I have seen improvements in this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly allows me to convey my message exactly how I wanted to the audience that I select.
Saves me from looking like a fool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Grammarly because I tend to rush A LOT, and Grammarly saves me from sending emails or reports with embarrassing misspellings or grammar issues. I highly recommend, especially for people always on a time crunch.

Nothing. Maybe besides the price of the membership.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is good for emails, and messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can change the wording that needs to be there but you can always change it back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shortens my paragraphs and adds more meanful wording than just the fluff that is normally used.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly works well with all platforms but is best used with my email and word docs as I use those the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you will choose a correction and the correction will make other corrections to the same correction. Which I understand that grammer changes will create other need changes but sometimes it doesn't read correctly. Again I know you can hit dismiss but still annoying. I also wished it used better AI with alternate suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring my grammar is used correctly and that my spelling is also correct.
