On-brand customer communication
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize style guides ensures that all customer care representatives communicate in a uniform manner, reinforcing brand identity in every message. The suggestions to rephrase or restructure communication to adhere to the same preferred phrasing and tone reinforce our mission of consistent, top-tier, and friendly customer service, regardless of which representative is assisting them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have had with Grammarly is when it randomly disappears and has to be forced closed to reconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insight into team performance, identifying areas for improvements in tone and consistency, brand alignment.

I appreciate the ability to have the product recommend options to rephrase sentence for better clarity
What do you dislike about the product?
The browser add-in icon often gets in the way of submission buttons... and at times will not drag/ drop to a different location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure my message is clear and concise. Ensuring spelling and punctuation is accurate.
Using Grammarly to better communicate in the religious freedom space
What do you like best about the product?
I like the grammarly pop up, so when drafting emails or using Google products, I am still rceeving tips to craft the perfect paper or response.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the pop up feature gets in the way and I have to drag or click around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am horrible at proofreading, and I am a notorious poor speller, some the AI writting assistant and proofreading aspect is super helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I use the suggested revisions to my writing to make my statements more concise. Grammarly helps me clarify what I am trying to say and provides useful suggestions. I use Grammarly every single day...emails, reports, letters...everything I write goes through Grammarly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannpt think of a thing that would improve Grammarly or cause me to use it any more than I do now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a high school librarian. I use Grammarly in my daily use of emails, reports and other constructed responses.
Grammarly has helped me improve my emails efficiently and provide excellent suggestions in my emails
What do you like best about the product?
The different emotional suggestions help me improve communication based on who I am speaking with. There are great suggestions for sounding helpful, friendly, etc. Using Grammarly is very easy. I use it on my day to day communications internally and externally.
What do you dislike about the product?
The small Grammarly icon can get in the way. It will be really big or really small in the corner and not move where I place it. It does get annoying sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly solves the issues of finding correct tone and communication. Sometimes I do not know how I want to word a response, and I type it in for Grammarly to make suggestions until I get to the response I like. It helps me very much daily.
A very helpfu experince using grammarly but the UX can be better.

Helps make my writing professional and effective. Know what communication requires what wording, and makes it releavnt.

The UI is annoying. Somettimes the cloud covers my text bar where I have to write.

Its making my writing process faster and more impactful. I am able to write lober text content in lesser time due to better recommendations.
Great supplement to ensure writing clarity
What do you like best about the product?
It is great that it is good about suggesting differnt ways to express your thoughts so it is brief and clear for more friendly communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There os nothing I really don't like as the suggestions are optional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is just helping with writing clarity as I work with customers in a customer support role.
Some suggestions/corrections are helpful, some are not. It depends on your writing level.

Grammarly often helps me to be more concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly suggestions are incorrect, particularly when it comes to field-specific conventions or technical language. The constant underlining of everything by Grammarly sometimes is so distracting/overwhelming that I miss actual typos/mispellings/small grammatical errors, i.e. when Grammarly has an entire sentence underlined for restructuring that I know I am not going to use, I sometimes miss small errors within the sentence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly assists me with clarity, being concise, and occasionally with grammar. This is particularly helpful in making my academic writing and academic/professional emails more clear and concise.
Increased work accuracy and efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly catches my grammar mistakes no matter what platform I am using. It is integrated into email, Slack, and my web browser. When working in marketing and writing customer-facing copy, grammar needs to be accurate and the text to be concise. Grammarly helps with both of those things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the suggestions don't apply to my work niche.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It acts as a reviewer and helps with efficiency of the copyediting process.

Sometimes, it makes a forced recommendation that is not needed, and the icon lingers too long over the text.

It solves some quick editing mishaps or oversights when typing quickly.
