I use Grammarly all the time!
What do you like best about the product?
As an account manager, I believe grammar and tone matter when communicating with my clients and internal team. I appreciate that Grammarly checks my spelling, grammar, and tone of voice. I use Grammarly every day. Don't communicate without getting your writing checked!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides since I do most of my writing online using the Chrome browser and the Google Documents platform. Grammarly is everywhere I need it, and the Chrome browser plugin makes it easy.

Grammarly helps me communicate cleary and effectively with my clients and co-workers, and helps prevent me from sending emails and sharing documents that look unprofessional.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Grammarly is its real-time feedback - as you type, Grammarly will instantly flag any potential errors or areas for improvement and provide helpful suggestions. Another great feature is Grammarly's contextual understanding. It doesn't just check for basic grammar rules, but can recognise more nuanced issues like tone, word choice, and sentence structure to ensure your writing is clear, concise, and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
It uses American English for spelling rather than British English. which is rather frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It checks and corrects grammar as well as simplifies content.
Grammarly helps to improve your writing skills, learn new tricks and formattings.
What do you like best about the product?
The speed of suggestions and the ease of integration to various platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the text is longer, Grammarly sometimes does not work at all. This is strange, as the text is split into sentences, and, in fact, the length of it should not lead to any issues, logically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofreading. It helps stay professional.
I absolutely LOVE grammarly!
What do you like best about the product?
I save so much time by using Grammarly. Writing isn't my strongest skill, so before Grammarly, I'd spend hours on an email. With Grammarly, I'm not spending hours second-guessing how something sounds, and I avoid so much frustration. I also like the insights it provides. Showing my skill level and areas that need improvement is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a single thing to be quite honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned, it saves me time and reduces the amount of self-induced stress that writing causes me. I spend less time second-guessing how things sound or whether I'm getting my point across clearly. And because my speech is so different from others, Grammarly just suggests edits that make my writing make sense. I get a lot of compliments on my emails/communication, and I feel that in part, gramamrly has been the biggest factor in helping me communicate the best way possible..

Solid Writing Support!
What do you like best about the product?
I do most of my work in the Google Suite, so integration has been invaluable. It's so easy to use and implement via the Chrome extension that I use it nearly all the time. Google Docs tends to miss some opportunities to tighten or punch things up, so Grammarly has been a great second—or often first—set of proofing and editing eyes. I've never needed to use customer support, which is a good sign!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only things I dislike are 1) that it always calls out content written in the passive voice, but does not offer a one-click restructuring solution as it does with so many other facets of a piece of writing. 2) I feel like it would benefit from a better understanding of conversational or colloquial phrasing; often it will make things overly formal for the sake of being concise, which is sometimes helpful but not always. These are both very minor grievances, though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes my daily writing much more efficient.
