Convenient and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly's integrations make it easy to leverage it as a reliable resource for communication on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, depending on the platform I am using for communication, I find it difficult to locate the recommendations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammar refines my communication and helps me write for accurately and clearly for a variety of strategies and mediums.

Sometimes the suggestions do not make sense for the context.

grammarly helps my thoughts and writing sound more organized and concise. I tend to overwrite, or over explain and the point of my messages often gets lost in the shuffle. Grmmarly helps to make my writingsound well rounded and more direct.

The cost for business users is very high.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Grammarly is our confidence that our communication is professional and error-free. Not just spelling errors but word usage and punctuation errors as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the suggestions are not appropriate. However, I don't mind evaluating the suggestions on a case-by-case basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every piece of writitng that comes from my office is error-free thanks to Grammarly. And when I receive documents from others for editing and proofreading, I am able to make appropriate recommendations to improve the communication.
Grammarly has helped me cut down time drafting emails and increased my confidence.
What do you like best about the product?
Starting with Grammarly was easy to set up on both my work and home devices, which made the implementation and integration seamless throughout my communications. I use it daily at work and often refer to its suggestions to feel more confident before pressing send. It gives me peace of mind that my communication is clear and concise without having to create multiple drafts and spend extended time finding the right words.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain times that the suggestions, particularly regarding tone, miss the mark or change the interpretation of the message. I also wish there was a way to dismiss a suggestion and have it remove the highlight or the notation that there is a suggestion since it can be distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The proofreading function ensures that all internal cross-departmental communication to different members of leadership is effective and accurate. The AI writing assistant often will assist me when I need to send out a larger announcement to both internal and external groups and struggle to determine the best way to start.
Grammarly has made me a better writer
What do you like best about the product?
I was shocked to learn how poor my grammar was until I got Grammarly. Likewise, I didn't realize my spelling was poor and I made typos. I have been a Grammarly user for several years and not only has me appear smarter, it has taught me how to be a better writer. I don't always follow the advice to rewrite sentences but 90% of the time I find the Grammarly version is more concise, stronger, and correctly written. I highly recommend it to all students, and business associates. The price is excellent for what you get from the product. It seamlessly integrates into my writing programs. After reading the other reviews I realize I haven't been taking full advantage of the program and intend to do so. All in all, the product is simple to implement, it is easy to learn and I use it daily. I did have a problem with accessing the program initially but customer service was very helpful. I also had mistakenly paid for the program twice, and even after a few months customer service was helpful at refunding my payment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It occasionally can't decide what the proper way to write hyphenated words. It suggests one way, and when I change it, it suggests going back to the original way. This is perhaps a problem more with the English language than Grammarly since there are often two correct versions of the same word.

It has made writing business letters much easier. I no longer have to have a second proofreader.

What do you like best about the product?
It ensures my tone is consistent throughout emails and documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where Grammarly recommends too formal of a writing.

Consistent corporate tone amongst different writers, easily editing misspelled words and grammar inconsistencies, and removing redundicies all elevate any grant narratives, informational flyers, or educational social media posts.
I love this program, it keeps me on my toes as far as grammar and punctuation

What do you like best about the product?
I also like that Grammarly explains why changes are needed, so I can learn from my mistakes. The tone detector is helpful because it shows how my writing sounds. I also find the vocabulary suggestions useful since they make my writing clearer and more professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly can improve by giving suggestions that better match my writing style and context. Sometimes the word replacements do not fit well. The free version is also limited, so more helpful features could be included without needing to pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps to fix my grammar, spelling, and punctuation mistakes, helping make errors less in my writing. It improves clarity by also suggesting simple words or phrases, which makes text easier to read. Grammarly also allows me to set the tone for different writings that I do. I can set the tone to sound friendly, formal, informal, etc.
