Improved customer communication through Grammarly
What do you like best about the product?
If i have nay runon. sentances it helps me be more consesn in my communication within the company and with customers. Also it helps me get the emotiono i want to get accross though. It is easy to just type what i have to say and Grammarly will just refine it with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
when it has to due with termanology for HVAC it will want to correct it, but this is easly delt with and just dissmissed the suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grmammerly has helped me consise my communication with customers making me more direct and efficiant for my department.
Use it daily and appreciate what it catches
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly often makes rewrite suggestions that do sound better than what I came up with. Other times, it's not as good, and I can just ignore it. I like that it catches a typo or missing word that I might miss after looking at a document for so long. I can use it with Word and Outlook and it shows up in the browser and Constant Contact.
This is the first software of its kind that I've used. It is much more thorough than MS Word "Editor."
The online support/FAQs have been helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly shuts off or doesn't come up when I launch or open a document. Also, it doesn't launch when I open a file within Sharepoint (instead of in the app). Usually a reboot makes the connection again. It also doesn't work well when I have "show tracked changes" on in Word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines the review process and helps me find errors I might miss because I know what I want my writing to say.

There are so many times I have creative writers block, and Grammarly really helps me figure out the best thing to say!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are definitely times that I struggle to come up with good copy from Grammarly, but that is the same with every product out there, so I really don't have much that I dislike!

It helps solve writer's block and determine a better way to phrase what I'm trying to say.

Grammarly provides a second layer of review for all of my work, thus giving me more confidence my messages are coming across clearly and conscisely.
What do you dislike about the product?
The grammarly icon is usually in the most inconvenient spot on my desktop, so I often have to move it around.

I like that Grmaeelay gives options for sentence revision based on the audience. Grammarly helped me both check spelling and grammar, but also envision clearer communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Grammarly is that it often quits working.

Helps eliminate errors and misuse of words.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can write something and have choices to make it sound more professional. I am definitely pleased with the software and I now utilitze it pretty much in my everyday communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me send more professional emails and communicate with clients in a more professional way.

Feedback on my emails and work documents helps me learn and grow as a writer and speaker! Grammarly is easy to use. The weekly feedback is very encouraging!

There is nothing to say. I love Grammarly and highly recommend it!

I can write faster now, knowing that Grammarly will catch my mistakes before I publish or send a document.

It's very good with letting me know how my writing sounds and making my grammar and spelling better. It's helped my papers for schools improve a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you us the improvement or beta feature of it grammerly will then flag you for ai even though it literally corrected you to put as something that is gonna get flagged

I'm very dyslexic and miss spell simple words so it's improved my writing to match my work which is university level.
Grammarly has been my grammar guardian helping me with all of my academic writings.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is the software I use everywhere. It is easily integrated with a variety of software. I am a student, and I use Grammarly frequently to oversee any silly mistakes that I might make in my writing. It is easy to use-just plug and play. I have been using the individual paid version of Grammarly since the middle of this year and I am satisfied with their customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, Grammarly's AI assistant has not been very useful in my case. The regular AI suggestions are annoying. I use Grammarly just as a grammar guardian. I do not want a software to complete my sentences for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a researcher, and I heavily rely on Grammarly to oversee my academic writing. There have been situations where I just couldn't afford to make mistakes, and Grammarly saved me a million times.

What do you like best about the product?
It's been the best for emails sent internally and to clients when I need them to be concise and meaningful. Especially when I write wordy emails it helps to see how I am writing and what sentences can be better structured. This is something I have installed on my computer and use every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it misunderstands the context of what I need the sentence to say and it will leave key information out. Very rare but it does happen. Especially when I am talking about what "we" do as a firm, it struggles
