Grammarly helps with proficiency.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the feature that allows me to add Grammarly to my phone and desktop. The added AI feature to help me improve my writing has been incredible. It is a unique AI compared to something like chateGPT.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes don't like how the undo button works. It is so hidden, and I worry I will lose all my work by accident. I like to type out my papers straight into Grammarly, instead of in a Word document first, so better formatting options would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly has helped my staff streamline emails to customers to be more clear and concise.

What do you like best about the product?
The way it assess parts of a sentence, then provides a comprehensive solution incorporating all the recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The little popup can't be moved and it often gets in the way of my work, such as clicking specific buttons. This requires me to move or readjust the entire window since that one popup cannot be relocated. This wastes my time and is a source of frustration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure my sentences sound good and my message is clearly and concinsely presented.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickly picks up mistakes that may have been missed when drafting a business email response. Grammarly is also an effective tool at helping detect the correct tone for the email response, and it is helpful to have this review before sending an email response that could be misinterpreted or misunderstood in tone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the controls and interface can get in the way and can it can be a bit rigid in terms of the Gramarly widget that floats on the screen and can sometimes be in the way of content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the grammar stylistic suggestions and tone detection is helpful for business writing.

The clarity and tone suggestions stand out the most for me—they ensure that my words convey exactly what I intend. I also appreciate the detailed explanations behind each correction, as they help me improve my grammar and writing skills over time. The seamless integration with various platforms is a big plus too—it fits effortlessly into my workflow.

While Grammarly is a fantastic tool, occasionally it over-corrects informal or creative expressions, which can sometimes take away the personal touch in casual writing. However, the ability to customize its feedback by setting goals or tweaking the tone settings balances this out. A minor improvement would be faster response times for longer documents.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how I am able to check if my paper is AI generated. I really enjoy how it also works as an extension and I am able to use it on any website. I have not tried to contact support so I am not sure how useful it is, but I am sure it is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like how when I submit a paper with a format it kind of messes with my format and it doesn't look right.

It really helps proofread my papers which has been helping with a lot of different things. I am more confident in my writing because it helps improve little things that maybe I would not have looked into.

sometime it take few seconds to initialize which causes you to wait

My favorite feature of Grammarly for business is the pre-recorded responses to common emails, which our customer service team can distribute as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that sometimes Grammarly repeatedly corrects itself. Annoying but inconsequential.

Grammarly helps us sound more professional on the fly. As a small business where we are all wearing many hats, outsourcing our copywriting to Grammarly is priceless.

The lack of text options is disappointing for me. I would like to be able to adjust spacing, change fonts, etc.

The Grammarly icon can sometimes get on the way if you are trying to click something, but you can easily move it

Very helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I strongly recommend using it if you write more than a few pages a week. It just helps save so much time during proofreading once the scale of your writing grows.

It can sometimes be tricky to get it to work on older websites.

Helping me to speed up my proofreading, especially when emailing people outside my team and outside suppliers.
