What do you like best about the product?
Check grammatical errors extensively and suggest better structuring your sentences/paragraphs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the active/passive sentences can be excessive.

Grammarly helps me become a better writer on my academic assignments.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a very laid-back and casual person who needs help with writing more professionally at times. I enjoy how Grammarly suggests way to better communicate in a more professional and confident tone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how it constantly updates my sentances and then suggests other edits and I wind up changing my sentences so many times.

Communicating correctly and more professionally.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a non-invasive reminder of grammar checks. Improves writing easily and quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it tells you what's wrong but has no suggestions. EX: passive voice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a seasoned writer but still miss some things - I always run important documents through a final Grammarly check. Its has found mistakes I have missed and also just suggestions for streamlining.

Its interface and ease of implementation

Less options about the tone and type of content
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofreading is the best use case of Grammarly. Though a lot of work is required to be done in the AI Writing assistant

What do you like best about the product?
As a business person who writes reports, Grammarly is a great time saver and detects most of common errors saving me so much time proofreading and it has helped to make me a better writer.

Nothing, I am very pleased with the product

I tend to make common errors and Grammarly catches then saving me a lot of time proof reading.
User Friendly, and Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it gives you so many options to get the best fit that sounds more natural and like yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I haven't experienced any downsides. I've had a wonderful experience thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will catch any phrases and/or repetitive words. I love how it captures if you are being firm and dials it back so that it sounds more inviting though to the point of what you're attempting to make.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly remains my most-used work tool for improving my writing. They continue to enhance the engine powering its AI suggestions, resulting in better matches to my writing style.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't anything that negatively impacted my Grammarly experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps set a standard across the organization to help our writing be more consistent from employee to employee, with suggested standards thanks to the style guide/branding settings.

Sometimes, it doesn't work, or suggests too many changes that are not necessary.

It check my grammar very carefuly.
The best tool for checking the grammar and helping rearrange your thoughts in a more cohesive way.
What do you like best about the product?
Its integration with multiple platforms, including the browser, immensely facilitates its use, being always present to help whenever there's writing. Added to it, I love how it can understand and convey exactly what I intended in a way that makes sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing is that sometimes it can autocorrect itself multiple times, indicating something is wrong even when it was the grammarly itself who suggested that phrase or word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps maintain a level of formallity that, as non native English speaker, sometimes doesn't come naturally. Since I use it in many technical reports and even some articles, this helps greatly.
I am writing better emails and memos.

The suggestions that pop up are wonderful - very helpful. I am a better "WRITER" with Grammarly

There is nothing I don't like about Grammarly.

Sometimes, I am too "wordy," and Grammarly helps me be more direct and precise.
