What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps me create flawless responses to customers in a professional and fast manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Grammarlys AI integration was slightly faster

Grammarly helps me create fast AI responses for customers that I can send out.
Used Grammarly since school and now that I work in Communications I still use it!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly gives me a review on where I can improve my writing skills! I am also more confident about hitting send on correspondence that may be a first impression or sensitive in nature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I don't wan't grammarly to take the personality out of my communication. It will suggest a more formal tone than I want to take. But the good thing is that I can just ignore the suggestion!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I am in a hurrry, especially when communicating on behalf of my school district, it keeps my communication clean and without grammatical errors.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to use Grammarly and how well it works. Easy to use and upgrade your work and personal emails. It's a great way to ensure the whole company follows the same tone as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside to Grammarly is the odd time that it's experiencing technical difficulties and crashes.

It's helping to keep work emails sounding clean, concise and professional.

It is very easy to use, flawlessly catches grammatical errors, and can be accessed on multiple platforms. Tone detection helps draft content based on our intentions.

The cost is too high for a developing country like India.

Grammarly helps proof read my emails and ensure there is no grammatical errors. That gives a good impression from my emails.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me express my thoughts without worrying about spelling or grammar. I can always go back and fix my mistakes using Grammarly. It is easy to use and works in any setting. I love it so much that I bought a whole year's subscription; I use it daily on all sorts of essays, emails, and discussion posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had the app shut down for a day due to technical difficulties; that was only once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like how it is fair priced for all of the services it provides and how you can get a discount if you buy a year plan at one time.
A nearly-daily used tool that has become a part of our team
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly continues to be an essential part of our "team" in that we use it to tighten and fine tune all written content that goes out the door to our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found that the plug-in options for Microsoft Word, etc., don't always show up when I need them to. But that very well might be user error !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of the content I create for our company I am the first and last "line of defense" because we have such a small staff and short turnaround times. Grammarly provides the back up I need to know our content is error-free.
Great tool for any professional
What do you like best about the product?
Using Grammarly adds an extra layer of confidence to my work. I know that my sentences won't sound repetitive, and I won't accidentally misspell anything or forget any punctuation. It is user-friendly and easily integrated into my regular 9-5.

I wish it could be used in Microsoft add-ons

It repharses my emails to sound more fluid.
Easy and accurate way to improve your writing
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly makes is easy to add simple edits to my writing and work as a journalist. I love both the grammar tips as well as the rewrite feature, which will streamline my sentences so they read easier as I work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't always love the automatic corrections- sometimes I want to keep my writing as-is and Grammarly will change words without my approval.

Ease of writing, grammar check, and maintaining one voice throughout my writing.
