Cohesive team tone
What do you like best about the product?
It's taking a lot of the strain out of writing and editing and keeps the team consistent to a singular style guide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the suggestions are annoying and it sometimes struggles with text formatting. Slow to load in CMS too sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write and edit opinion pieces for a publication. Typos and the like are important but the advice on flow and readability are good too.

Nothing, I like everything! To be honest there's no feature I dislike from this app

It's solving my punctuation and grammar issues. Since I'm a non-native English speaker, Grammarly improves my writing skills

I like that it makes suggestions that I can use or not. I like that it makes me feel more confident that I am writing with correct grammar and punctuation.

Not much - it would be cool if it had grammar classes or tests so I could practice and learn grammar as an adult

My lack of knowledge or how and where to use commas. It is also helping me communicate more efficiently.
Great tool for checking spelling and grammar
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to add Grammarly to any place where I am writing. There are tons of plugins and availability to use Grammarly anywhere I work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly does not properly check my work. It says that everything "Looks good" when I know for a fact that I have misspellings and incorrect grammar.

Grammarly helps our team ensure our team follows our style guide while also providing essential spell and grammar checks. This saves us time by catching errors early and helps maintain consistency across our documents. I love having Grammarly available for emails and every document. Even now, as I type words incorrectly, you help me correct them!

Sometimes it doesn't always read within context.

It is helping me catch my tone, voice, and any other punctuation and spelling mistakes.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that it interprets texts and provides really useful suggestions that simplify ideas. It's also very simple to set up and understand. Its matchy colours-suggestions are super clear

This year I've experienced many ups and downs with its services. Sometimes it goes down and it really makes things complicated.

It's helping me avoid mistakes (tenses, spelling, repetition) and simplify language.

I love the weekly insights emails to see how my language is evolving or changing over time.

It doesn't always seem to understand context and how extra articles can be necessary in certain environments or communications.

I always struggle to keep my comms concise, so it's been helpful in that department.

For long emails I write for work all day, the snippets make a huge difference. Not only that the grammar correction is always so helpful.

It can be finnicky and grammarly can disable itself sometimes so the snippets don't work at all times
