Necessary tool for anything
What do you like best about the product?
It provides real-time suggestions that help enhance clarity and conciseness. It doesn’t just catch basic grammar mistakes but also offers insights into tone, style, and readability, making writing more engaging and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes not a very natural or conversational writing style.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me solve the problem of clear and professional communication, which is especially beneficial for non-native English speakers. It ensures emails, reports, and presentations are polished, error-free, and easy to understand.
A helpful second pair of eyes
What do you like best about the product?
Oftentimes, when I'm writing, I think to myself: "Does that make sense?" I could take it to a colleague, but they're not always available. Grammarly gives me that crucial and critical second look and boost of confidence to know my work will be interpreted as intended.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the suggestions are a bit wordy, and don't necessarily make sense with the copy I'm writing. But that's expected with any AI tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I need an editor's eyes on my work, Grammarly steps in. That's so helpful with the amount of copy I write as a marketer.
Great for PhD students
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Grammarly is choice: you can choose what writing tone you want Granmarly to suggest for you, and you can choose from a list of synonyms when Grammarly suggests alternative words for you
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides is having to turn it on and off when I'm making short hand notes and don't want the red lines and suggestions everywhere!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps to make my writing more concise and cohesive. This saves me loads of time as a PhD student, as it means I can focus on writing up all the information that needs to be in a paper, and Grammarly helps with the editing and refining of my work - saves me hours of proofreading and editing!
Grammarly has greatly increased the effectiveness of my writing and communication.

Grammarly does an amazing job at helping correct word usage for effective and clear communication based on the communication tone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly end-user settings aren't the best-looking user interface.

Helping write properly and concise emails informing clients of project progress and resolving client satisfaction concerns.

I believe it's a bit pricy and not everyone can afford it.

I use Grammarly to redact Customer Support emails DAILY.
Great product for every day use
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly reduces my stress when completing tasks like emails, drafts, etc. I love how it picks up on my tone of voice and has features beyond simple spelling & grammar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would pick up on habits & words that maybe they do not think are correct, but in the context of the business, it makes more sense and to stop autocorrecting in those instances. This, however, does not happen often.

I love using Grammarly for emails! It reduceses anxiety that and email is going out error free.
Helpful beyond belief
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly helps keep my sentences short and concise. I tend to write run-on sentences, which makes Grammarly helpful. I also like that it provides a report with my word usage and tone of emails for the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly is bent on having me make a change, when I know it's not in the voice I tend to write in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly does a great job of predicting what I want to say, and also helps formulate sentences with ease. It also helps with sentence structure.

I appreciate how Grammarly offers suggestions to make my messages more effective. It is so easy to incorporate!

I would like to see an Outlook plug-in that I can use.

Grammarly provides immediate correction to my mistakes which offers great efficiency.

I like that grammarly is accurate and catches my grammar mistakes that I would normally glance over.

The little icon gets in the way sometimes

I am not a native English speaker, and Grammarly allows me to look like one.

I would like to see Spanish on it; that would be amazing
