Helpful and Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Not only helps improve my outward communication but also feel like I learn and improve my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
In email sometimes can be a bit slow and if I act too quickly it will mess it up, so just be cautious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps improve my external communication to customers and team members.
Grammarly has transformed the sentence structures and how I draft my emails.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly provides me with the support I need to clearly explain my message whether it be through a report, email, essay, or other form of writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that would make me think negatively about Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When it's late in the day and I've already sent a large number of emails, my writing can get lazy. Grammarly helps me stay focused and helps me correct any errors I've made with my drafts.
Good In a Pinch, Could Use Some Work
What do you like best about the product?
Mostly user friendly interface, adjustable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes sticks to rules regardless of context, particularly when it comes to commas. Sometimes creates new errors when adjusting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for a quick spelling and grammar check across all platforms, many of which don't offer the service natively.

Everything; I use it every day at work. I highly recommend how helpful it is to catch minor errors

I am unsure what I do not like about Grammarly.

It helps me get tasks done faster. I do have to edit it as it does not use the same jargon as my job

Sometimes the little floating characer gets in the way od what I am trying to look at on my screen

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is fantastic! It is readily available, regardless of the program or browser I am using. I use it daily in both my work and school tasks. I do not know what I would do without it. It was easy to download the application through Chrome and the desktop app. The integration into most applications between the two is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app can lock up, and I have to shut it down for it to work again. Other than that, there are no complaints! It just works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My writing needs help both professionally and academically. Grammarly meets this need!
I wish I had this in college

The amazing recommendations and clear effectiveness.

the pop up can be annoying sometimes. Sometimes I feel its in the way of typing an email.

It's seemless, and unobtrusive. It just sits on the side and offers corrections.

It hates passive voice and sometimes that is what you need to use.

I like the variations and edits it provides. I also like it can help edit tone. I use it everyday at work.

The product glitches constantly. I go to select an edit change and it doesn't do it.

AI needs some work, doesn't alwasy respond to prompts. Grammer rules need more customization options
