What do you like best about the product?
The way it can be used in internet tab browsers and the weekly updates. It's super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have AP Style as an optiont o follow.

Making sentences mroe conscise and avoiding certain tenses.

Grammarly has greatly assisted me in improving clarity and placing punctuation correctly. I love how I am able to use it in Teams, Outlook, Word, basically everywhere.

I have not encountered any cons yet with Grammarly.

Grammarly has been invaluable in enhancing the clarity of my writing and ensuring proper punctuation. Often, my thoughts can become quite disorganized, and what I produce requires significant improvement in clarity, which Grammarly provides.

The customization is great — being able to implement an organization-wide style guide and library.

The plugin can get pretty annoying with its popup over top of content and can be finicky to dismiss.

Everthing is good, but Grammarly can provide more dept details. which is help us to understand.

A handy tool with some flaws
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve used Grammarly while working at Nakivo, and it definitely helped clean up my writing. The tool is easy to use and integrates well across different platforms, which is a plus , also it catches basic grammar errors, suggests clearer phrasing, and even helps with tone, which I find really useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
it’s not perfect, Sometimes its suggestions are overly strict or irrelevant, making it best for quick fixes rather than complex editing.i believe it still has room to grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is mainly solving the problem of catching small grammar mistakes, wrong phrasing, and unclear sentences, especially when writing quickly or multitasking. For me, this is a huge benefit because it saves time on proofreading and adds a layer of confidence to what I write.

It’s like having an extra set of eyes, so I can focus more on the content and less on second-guessing my wording or grammar. With the new AI-powered digital communication assistant. It becomes advantageous to be able to use different platforms, with the ease of use, our support teams are loving it
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly is quite expensive. While they offer volume discounts, the cost can become substantial for a call center with hundreds or thousands of Hero. In a call center with high turnover, you may be paying for licenses for Hero who are no longer with the company or are in training, leading to wasted costs if provisioning isn't managed meticulously.
