I am an author who is horrible at writing. lolol It has improved my own writing by making improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it makes changes that are not mine, I guess I wish it would get to know my tone and then write or make corrections so it doesn't totally like like someone else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving me sending incorrect emails or items to not only family but business associates. I like the more professional look of things.

Super user-friendly, intuitive easy to implement. It can integrate with a number of programs. I use Grammarly daily with all of my apps and programs. With a heavy content role I couldn't live without it.

Sometimes it drops into US English instead of UK English even though it's set to UK.

Grammarly helps me ensure all of my copy is written as best as possible.

It's one of the best things out there, if you're not a native English speaker, or you're not confident to write English. The best part is it's available on any platform, be it a mobile, a website or a tablet, and is super super accessible. The suggestions, it gives are super correct, and saves me from poor English, especially while documenting something, or writing an email

I think, it's pretty expensive, and a little price drop, would make it more affordable. Sometimes the auto-correct is too cocky, and won't stop correcting your grammar, even when you want it to stop, and there are some performance concerns on low-end devices as well

Grammarly helps all of us in the organisation write mails in more accurate English. It also helps us, to proof read things, i.e. if we type something incorrectly, it's always there to save the day. I use it as well, to help me generate some posts for social media and help in Marketing related activities
