What do you like best about the product?
It helps you learn and also improve your language skills while correcting mistakes and showing examples

Nothing. It's a perfect tool f9r communication improvement

What do you like best about the product?
The rephrase function is a life saver for every customer support agent who daily needs to show empathy. Tasks become less personal with the rephrase function.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. I understand all the features. The rephrase function could be for foregin languages as well, but I strongly bealive this is beeing implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showing empathy towards customers - rephrase - male it empathetic. Checking my grammar and correcting typos.

Good for Spotting Typos and Sentance Formations: Plagiarism Feature is not very Accurate

What do you like best about the product?
Being a professional writer, I have been using Grammarly for almost 5 years now (both paid and free versions). I like how it not only spots typos and grammatical errors but also suggests replacements of incorrect or irrelevant words and sentences.

Most of the time, it successfully detects the errors and suggests relevant or contextual words to replace them. The ability to rectify certain errors in a single click is very time-efficient. However, we can't blindly trust the software and accept all the suggestions in one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you copy and paste the content edited in Grammarly back to your original document (doc file), some formatting might be lost. This can include formats like heading tags(H1, H2), font types, and other formatting options.


Next, I dislike how it highlights all the text in the write-up with colours, mostly blue and red to highlight shortcomings in the sentences, which makes the user interface messy and complicated to make changes. However, it can be subjective.

Lastly, the plagiarism tool, which comes with the paid version is not very accurate. Sometimes it even shows plagiarism for the general sentences, used in daily lives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it solves the problem of facilitating the process of proofreading long writeups. Not just for professionals, Grammarly can help solve the problem of people from various roles and responsibilities such as writing and tweaking a mail with its AI feature.

Another problem it's solving for me is enhancing vocabulary in my write-ups. All it takes is double-clicking any word from your write-up in Grammarly, and it starts displaying better word recommendations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the most that grammarly offers tone and style options, offers the right wording in a real time. It also shows the result of the team, so I can improve the spech of all the team. I like that grammarly works in differene documents like google and ms offfice. It was easy to integrate the desktop version of the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The widget sometimes covers useful buttons on a screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're not native english speakers, so Grammarly helps us to be more correct in our expressions. especially it considers the US or UK based customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it gives tonal suggestions as well as easy access to rephrase a sentence in a much better and simpler way in a single click.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you change fonts in Docs, it glitches out and underlines random words which are unrelated and highlights it as spelling error

Spelling error, tone and paraphrasing, which usually take a lot of time is easily solved in just a few clicks. It is also helping me correct my grammar and improve my English passively

What do you like best about the product?
It is an assistant that corrects you when you are making mistakes in conversation or any other writing. The best thing is that it detects the wrong words and prompts you to the right words.
Its great feature is its implementation, that it can be used in all your online writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when it corrects words in a sentence, then it again replaces it with another word that is also correct. it is maybe because the sentence is not yet completed and this is not a big problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping me communicate with international clients professionally and with ease.
