Reasonably useful for technical writers
What do you like best about the product?
Extended grammar manipulations. Even when the suggestions are wrong, the way it analyzes the sentences helps point the way towards a better recast. Easy to install and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of a technical writing mode with more and stricter rules. There're also some web pages that don't integrate nicely, and a markdown mode would be so useful. Weekly writing streaks don't consider holidays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My developers have suboptimal English, and Grammarly massively reduces the time I need to edit a page.

I just feel empowered knowing that there is a tool that keeps me on track with whatever writing style I choose. As an older person that writes a lot it helps me maintain error free emails and documents.

I really would love different languages. That would be game changing.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an online tool that helps not only students but also me when I want to write in a professional, academic manner and don't have a great deal of time to agonize over wording and punctuation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use only the most basic free tool and I suspect the advanced Grammarly tools would be costly to students: so the cost is a downside..

As noted earlier, it helps me to write in a clearer, more professional manner. Plus, I like the use of grammarly for students to spellcheck and grammar check their writing before submitting.
Polish Your Writing
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly makes it easy to review and polish a document for publication on multiple platforms. It has been easy to add to desktop programs and online apps and adds consistency across the board. Sometimes, I just need help wording an idea, and it often provides helpful suggestions that say exactly what I want to say. It also catches pesky spacing errors, reducing the time I need to spend proofreading.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an AI program, there are times when it does not understand the meaning I am trying to convey and suggests wording that does not work. This is understandable and reinforces the need to think about each suggestion it makes instead of giving blanket approval to every one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly assists in proofreading, including simple items like spacing, spelling, and punctuation. It also helps me to play around with how to word things.

I love the spelling/grammar tool the best. It is the most helpful, but the other tools are also helpful when drafting a narrative.

I do not like the format in word. It is hard to find. I liked the previous version better when it was a window within word.

Getting used to it it works for simple things.

It doesn't automatically work in Google Docs.
