Grammarly is an excellent tool, used daily by my team
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely intuitive interfact with almost all recommendations being correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
More integration with AI tools like Chat GPT is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring the quality of documentation is the highest it can be.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Grammarly suggests corrections! I use it daily and it's so easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
I type one thing over and over and wish there were a way it would stop suggesting I correct it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just making sure I use correct grammar. Also, makes suggestions on how to word things to be friendlier!
Great tool for copywriters
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, being able to personalize the tone for your business to keep everyone on one page. The AI and plagiarism checkers are great when managing a team of copywriters and freelancers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It obviously doesn't catch everything, but it catches almost everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use AI Writing Assistant for brainstorming, proofreading for both mine and freelancer work, and plagiarism checker for freelancers. Great tool. Cuts down on the time it takes me to proof everything and gives peace of mind with the plagiarism checker.

My team and I use Grammarly daily to check our content (e-mail campaigns, press releases, articles, and social media posts).
It's quick and gives us the option to personalize the tone.

the widget is in the way sometimes (especially when using a single display screen)

Grammarly helps a lot with longer sentences and avoids duplicated terms.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it catches all my errors and helps reframe the sentences to sound more professional. I have dyslexia so I often am making many errors. I also LOVE the AI feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would do a better job confirming it is truly complete with the checking. Often I have gone ahead and sent an email only to learn later that it had additional changes that could have made it sound better.

It is re-writing the sentences so I sound more professional.
Grammarly is great for double checking and providing ideas.

I type fast and also intend for my emails to be clear and concise about my point so no one is left wondering. Grammarly helps get my point across using fewer words.

Sometimes the suggestions do not make any sense.

I am a Director at a large law firm. I send out a ton of firm communication. The last thing I need is someone to call out my misspellings or grammar issues, especially when in a hurry.
Excellent Tool for Non-Profits
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is an excellent tool for our small nonprofit. It is easy to learn and easy to use for individuals with a variety of skill levels. It helps us keep consistent messaging and professionalism across our team and create professional looking content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The team sharing features of Grammarly are a little convoluted and can make collaboration and organization across a team difficult. Grammarly plug-ins for Google suite can frequently log out or malfunction.

Grammarly helps our team maintain a professional tone through accurate proofreading and editing features.
Grammarly Just Makes Business Communications Better!
What do you like best about the product?
Using the Biz premium version of Grammarly on a daily basis has improved my writing skills. But more than that, it quickly identifies fuzzy or unclear copy that muddles my messaging and polishes my communications to a higher professional standard. Easy integration with Microsoft products and email, I have promoted its use throughout my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I don't always agree with Grammarly's "rewrite for clarity" suggestions, it does make me look twice at the highlighted text. There is sometimes a conflict between Grammarly's clean, dry business verbiage and my more folksy phrasing. But it does make me consider if my sentence is truly communicating exactly I want my readers to know. Not a downside, just makes me think more!

I like that Grammarly offers general suggestions to improve my writing beyond grammatical and punctuation corrections. It helps me improve my tone and sentence variation.

Sometimes the suggestions do not subside, even when I decline them.

Grammarly help stop me avoid scheduling errors or confusion when sending emails.

Grammarly has made me a better writer and communicator. It has helped me understand my tone, and the ability to align my responses with our brand is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does not get the brand correct. Sometimes I need to be direct and formal in an email, and that is on brand for the context I am writing. If Grammarly could figure out how to connect brand with context, that would be helpful.

Keeps us on brand. Helps to improve writing.
