Easy and quick!
What do you like best about the product?
Whenever I open a document or write an email, the function automatically activates, allowing me to switch on the revisions quickly. It automatically recommends improved vocabulary usage and shortening sentences to make them more concise after establishing the tone. Additionally, it explains the rationale behind the suggested revisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though sometimes the page doesn't load properly, probably due to issues with the website or document functionality. Sometimes, even the recommended sentences don't change or update in the document. I have to reload the document. Sometimes, it detects changes, but they don't reflect the revisions properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly assists me in writing in a professional and diplomatic tone, making the sentence clearer and more refined.

No downsides with Grammarly that I have experienced so far.

Grammarly Saves the Day Across Applications
What do you like best about the product?
It corrects mistakes and also provides recommendations for writing succicently. The app's universal accessibility across email and Word as well as WordPress and HubSpot editors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it tries to correct things they are not mistakes like name spellings.

Handing in strong drafts. Peace of mind when publishing.
Grammarly is not Necessary and can be Annoying
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly provides some interesting qualitative and quantitative data about your writing for the past week which I do not know how it derives but it is compared with colleagues or peers. The comparison is interesting, such as how much writing you have done compared to others and it labels the writing style.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly is annoying because it keeps displaying pop-up icons on you screen with no easy way to get rid of them and it is not clear what they mean. Clicking on them and trying to determine what they mean did not help and wasted time. I ended up shutting off Grammarly.
Also, the spell check and grammar check that it performs is probably equally available in Word or whatever word processing program is being used.

It sometimes recognizes a misspelling or grammatical error I want to correct, but more often than not, I can recognize the error myself.

An easy way to improve your writing
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is the kind of tool that you set and forget it. It integrates itself seamlessly to all your daily tools (Gmail, Google Drive... etc) and suggests quick ways to improve your writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the text box is small the Grammarly icon may sometimes hide other important buttons
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its real time feedback Chrome extension allows me to fix any grammatical mistakes. It also can suggest changes depending on the tone I want to emphasize.
